For anyone asking about why this young lady is out during the early morning, let me say from experience...you would be surprised how much power someone can weild over someone else when you have them feeling "sorry" for them. A young girl with a big heart CAN be lead into the wolves den through manipulation. A part of her more than likely felt compelled to be readily available for the phycopath we don't realize we face. As if our time is needed for that persons survival. When the testimony stated she was lured...oh the memories that flood back for me with uncanny similarity. I wonder how many times he told her he was going to kill himself, holding her emotionally hostage. A 13 year isnt equipt to handle the circumstances. Even the professonals missed it. She was trying to help him and show him people are good. She was dedicated to the cause. Bless her heart. Unfortunately, his lifestyle was dark and he wanted to fulfill it. He is a true psychopath with high spectrum narcissistic behavior. What a dangerous combination.

I'm old, I don't quite grasp the concept of 13-year-olds having drug dealers. @@gailmiler2797 The drug dealer narrative came from the interrogation room when his parents asked where she went after he left her. He said, "To her drug dealers house". This young girl clearly never had a dealer. Furthermore, Fucci's dealer was located, interrogated and later ruled out. Her weakness was nativity. Her demise was empathy. He used her as his emotional support dog to gain access. He lured her by playing on her emotions. That's undoubtedly clear. As far as the drugs, just observe his skin complexion at the time of his arrest verses his transformation at his court appearance. It's apparent who was using drugs.

My son was working and going to school at 16 and was mature enough to be out late. Younger than 16 is a no and unfortunately girls at any age especially under 16 need to be taught the dangers of ever being alone with a boy, for many reasons! What a sad world we live in when nonviolent people are treated much worse than violent ones!

Most nice homes have them automatically set once everyone is in so any activity from outside or inside out would set it off at a certain time. My family’s house would set at 10pm and we’d get too loud on the weekend laughing or talking in the kitchen or tv room and forgot it sets itself and it would trigger the alarms as a window shatter then you have a certain amount of time to disarm before it sends the police or the company starts calling the account holder to see what’s going on at the house.

Unless we stand at our kids beds 24/7 there a good chance they will sneak out. Parents are not to blame.
