I’ve been wanting to try my hand at sourdough but seeing all the steps that go into it deterred me. However seeing your video encouraged me to go at it. I love your simple approach to sourdough making.

I'm going to try the biscuit recipe. I have made bread a couple times but am on the lookout for other recipes. I really enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.

I literally just put my first attempt at an artisan loaf of sourdough in the oven and sat down and saw your video! Thank you for sharing some of your recipes i'm super excited to learn more of the sour dough world and hopefully stop buying bread at the store at some point!

I’m definitely going to try these! I’ve been wanting to try making sourdough for a long time now! How do you make your starter? I’ve seen several different ways on the internet and am curious how you do yours! Thank you for the sweet videos! 💕

I got a dry package of starter from an online company. I’ve heard you can make it in the spring by collecting the “starter” outside, but I haven’t ever tried it.

I also dislike complicated sourdough recipes. I just mix the starter, water flour and salt all together at once. Then I let it sit for an hour and then do 4 stretch and folds, sometimes just 3. then let it rest overnight and bake in the morning. I do measure with a scale but it doesn't really make the process any longer or more complex.

What do you mean by unfed starter?

Can anyone tell me why bread recipes have you add salt later in the process?

I guess salt causes the bread to rise slower so that’s why you wait to add it. 🤷‍♀️
