Gaurav raises a very interesting point, but easing out the labour laws alone may not be enough. Given the boom in services sector and the increasing requirement of skilled labour, it would be prudent to train workers in skills relevant in the industry, while making it easier for people to setup and run businesses. The good news is, we have the relevant schemes for that to work (think Skill India Mission and Make in India, or the Diwali 2018 bonanza for the small businesses). The bad news is, it's the implementation part that we have always failed at.

my dear sir, at last u want to inference that Utilitarian approach always benifit society in varied ways. But sir what will the Sustainability of nature ,proverty deprivation, fiscal deficit, moral decline of human , curbing the economic inequality, unscientific approach of people.Meanwhile, self interest driven approach leads individualism that will further leads to capitalism . But paradox is welfare of society lies in community growth ,not separatly individual.

Why is he not stating the figures of Indian subcontinent. Is it not common sense that winners takes all in business is common.
Leader in AI will have more profits and more capital to invest further in More RnD . This is basic common sense, if India can become the export house of this it is a win win for India and its entrepreneurs.
But in today's time we are clearily loosing out to the US gaints like Google and Facebooks.
