I have great respect for Rupaji. It is very tough to crack top exams like IPS/IAS. But, most who manage do it get in to make quick buck and become conduits (and even mentors) for corrupt politicians... They figure & show ways to cheat, rob exchequer, and destroy rule of law. harko Actually we Indians need to convert Indian Bureacracy to Contractual Bureaucracy where there will be little to no political influence and Contracts can be renewed back only based on performance and public feedback that is based in western and other developed countries. If western countries were to adopt our politician serving colonial era governance system their countries will collapse in no time.

I saw it when I was scrolling down for a nice song for a peaceful ending of the and I found this video. I've never watched a video word by word before but I watched it by heart. I found the honest motivation in this video of madam. I am preparing for IPS and a newbie here but now a confident one. I am feeling proud the lady and of the life I'm going to live after I fight the examination.
