So why would you want to disconnect the live supply to the boiler, its the live supply that allows an engineer to interrogate the boilers software, much better to just wire the float switch through the switch live as that will turn of the boiler as there will be no demand seen. So just put one end of the float wire into switch live terminal and the other into a block connector with the incoming switch live wire. That way an engineer can interrogate the boiler software see no fault and look at the system for the fault. Testing will then show a live switch supply to the boiler and back to the pump and then nothing coming from the NC terminal on the pump to the switch live into the boiler.
Hi mate I’ve been a boiler engineer for 15 years working on a hell of a lot of green stars and have never worn any gloves at all!! I’ve tried during these strange covid times and all I’ve found is within a minute they’ve got tangled up and torn to bits and been nothing but a pain in the arse🤷♂️ I notice u wear them in all your videos. Is there a reason and what’s the benifits🤷♂️ not having a go cause I’ve learnt a thing or 2 from u (hairdryer and fan spring to mind👍) but I find any sort of gloves are not a good thing when sometimes you need your hands to be your eyes🤷♂️
Hi Dominic the reason I wear gloves in my videos because when I stared these video people will comment about the conditions of my hands and not the content of the video I have been in the industry a long time so you can imagine they are not great to look at I do wear gloves finding the right ones to wear was a challenge. I have found the right glove that fit me and that make all the different try different brands so you can find the gloves for you . ps ii could do with a hand model
Geoffrey Needs training I was only wondering coz I’ve found them to be pretty useless and more of a pain in the arse than anything😂 the ones I’ve got I got from my suppliers(Webbs if you’ve heard of them coz I’m in your neck of the woods🤔) and they are Regin and made for heating engineers but are useless😂 I like your videos though mate and have learnt a couple of tricks from them👍👍
Great video
Awesome vid 👏👏
