I’d say alphablock W in alphablocks even though it wasn’t they’re
Nobody will ever top the Og Wicked witch from the OG Wizard of Oz that performance was just so chef kiss it even terrified my older brother when he was younger.

The OG Wicked Witch was Winifred Greenwood, and the OG _The Wonderful Wizard of Oz_ was made in 1910.
I really love Zelena, the Wicked Witch from Once Upon A Time, portrayed by Rebecca Mader. While it does have some inspiration from the original Wizard of Oz, it also offers authentic spin-off stories for the character. There were scenes so beautifully portrayed and fun to watch. I used to really hate Zelena as a character because she was wicked throughout most of the series, which means Rebecca did her job well.
Me too!
No one will ever beat at Margaret, the original!
Winifred Greenwood was the original, way back in 1910, when Miss Hamilton was eight years old. :-)
There is only 1. Period. Ms. Hamilton can never be outdone.
There are many, including one before Miss Hamilton. And the character can be played any number of ways.
Bless the first Wicked Witch she was the only one who was actually nice to the kids on set
I don't know what kids you're talking about, but nobody was unkind to anybody on the MGM movie, which, by the way, was not the original movie version of that story.,
Mabel king scared the shiii outta me when I was a kid 😊
Margaret Hamilton is still the ultimate.
Margaret was and always be THE icon!!
If Elizabeth Gillies was on the wicked witch's one, then why wasn't Victoria Justice on Glinda's!? Something's not adding up
There are a lot missing in both vids.
Idina Menzel is my favorite Wicked Witch of the West (aka Elphaba)
Can’t wait for Wicked! Love the musical and the book, can’t wait to see how they translate them to the movie
Honest question: how can you like anything that depicts the Wizard of Oz as a bigot and a rapist?
@@MaskedMan66wait wat?
@@asdrujal Greg Maguire's version of the Wizard is a rotten character.
Nobody will ever beat Margaret!
I commented on the Glinda video but also wanna add Jemma Rix to this list as she was the Wicked Witch of the West in the Australian production of Wicked around 8-9 years ago and what a performance!🤩 (the one in the current Aus tour, Sheridan Adams is amazing as well!)
Wicked is my favourite musical and Defying gravity is my favourite song of all time💚
The very first one was Winifred Greenwood as "Momba" in the 1910 movie _The Wonderful Wizard of Oz._
There was also Mai Wells as a character called Mombi, but patterned after the WWW in the 1914 Baum-produced movie _His Majesty, the Scarecrow of Oz,_ Suna Selen as the "Kötü Cadi" in the 1971 Turkish movie _Ayşecik ve Sihirli Cüceler Rüyalar Ülkesinde_ (Little Ayşe and the Magic Dwarfs in the Land of Dreams), Ned Kelly as the "Truckie" in the 1976 Australian rock musical _Oz,_ Natalya Varley as "Bastinda" in the 1994 Russian movie _Volshebnik Izumrudnogo Goroda_ (The Wizard of the Emerald City), Debra Winger in 1995's _The Wizard of Oz in Concert: Dreams Come True,_ Mia Sara as "Loriellidere" in 2002's _Lost in Oz,_ Karin Konoval in 2007's _Tin Man,_ Eliza Swenson in 2012's _Dorothy and the Witches of Oz_ (which featured Mia Sara as Langwidere) and Dioni Michelle Collins as "Bad Witch" in "The Wizard of Song," an episode of _The Fresh Beat Band,_ also in 2012.
Margaret Hamilton, Idina Menzel, Mary J. Blige and Mabel King are among my favourite iterations of the Wicked Witch. I'm so excited to see Cynthia Erivo's portrayal in the upcoming _Wicked_ movies.
I truly love Margret Hamilton’s performance as the Wicked Witch of the West, she’s truly a legend 🖤💚🧹. My second favorite is Idina Menzel in Wicked the Musical on Broadway. My third favorite is Elizabeth Gillies as Jade West’s version in Victorious.
FINALY SUPERNATURAL MENTIONED
Margaret ang Mila are my top pics. Idina only because she ate the role with her signing talent.
Also Karin Konoval in tin man
I know right! They include victorious and not tin man.... What a shame.
Zelena really out did herself zelena is my favorite
You forgot todrick Hall and Bob the drag queen on straight outta OZ 😅
You forgot to include the version from the Muppets
If they did TV show parodies we would be here all day lol
@@oshikuru09 It was an adaptation more than a parody, and in any case, "Wicked" is a parody, and a very bad one.
I can’t wait 😢
Does the victorious one even count
I freaking love it!!!!!!!!!
Mila Kunis’ transformation in the movie terrified me as a kid
t performance was just so chef kiss it even terrified my older brother when he was younger.
Mabel King was amazing as Evillene, I love the wiz classic film
You missed a LOT from Wicked and the Wiz. You know those shows are still running, right? 😂
My Favorite Elphabas are: Margaret Hammilton, Idina Menzel and Mila Kunis
They forgot Miss Piggy
I'll stick with the original
Zelena Mills is always the best💚
That’s not every portrayal because you didn’t include Tin Man with Zooey Deschanel and Kathleen Robertson. Then there’s The Muppets version.
They forgot the witch from the show tin man
I ❤Idena Menzel
Margaret Hamilton is the best
If i came across as disrespectful or flirting (which i didnt think i was ) then im sorry and apologise 😔 im not going to talk to anybody at all now 😔 😟

You missed So many.
So what else has the new witch, Cynthia Erivo done?

meg griffin??????
What is the song?
It's Defying Gravity, by Idina Menzel
They all suck except the first
Even Elisabeth Gillies from Victories!?
And Idina Menzel
No you suck!
@@JTweedieedits yes
The new movie looks so bad 😂
Like your face, troll.
Trash casting for wicked
Cynthia Erivo is going to destroy this role but not in a good way. More of a terrible way. She looks awful as Elphaba. Terrible casting choice.
How she is a perfect choice?
@@MarisCrane13 No she's not. She was terrible as the blue fairy in that pinocchio Tom Hanks film.
Cynthia Erivo is a great actor and singer and we shouldn’t go in with low expectations, especially when the movie isn’t out yet. And about the Pinocchio comment, the blue fairy and Elphaba are completely different characters, just because one didn’t work for her doesn’t mean she is a bad actress
Sorry but she is a bad actress.
@@spacejam8765 Do It better then, dummie.
