Hi respected official ! Recently saw a fully funded scholarship advertisement for developing countries. My question is if a student apply and if selected, he/ she will continue to study in home country or not?? As most of students are settled and could be difficult to leave and join scholarship without family. Highly appreciate for kind response. Thanks
