Are you the police?? Yes, as far as I understand you are not allowed to modify the end pipes. This includes removing the DB Killers. That's the reason why they are secured with rivets. In Germany I've heard stories that police will try to put sticks in your exhausts to see if they go throught, since it's common practice to cut off the bended inner pipes from the DB killers to make them sound louder without making it look like there is no DB killer in the exhaust. I always have the DB killers in my backpack when I go for longer rides, so that if I do get stopped I can just put them back in on the spot. I've never been stopped before though.
@@mannyandhisbike No Im not the police, I am looking for Countries where it is legal, so I can go there and take them out aswell, because I want to know what it sounds like on my akras.
No I didn't. It does run too lean (too much air for the amount of gasoline) because of the exhausts (specially without the db-killers). I took it to the Ducati shop and the cheapest solution is to let them tape off some of the air intake. This way the air/fuel mixture gets better again. It helped. Make sure thought that they check the air/fuel mixture after they tape it. You can also choose to get your ECU flashed with another map (or get another ECU of course) to increase the fuel mixture, but this is way more expensive, and will only result in a couple of horsepower extra. If you want horsepower, you shouldn't get a 695. Cheers!
I will just get mine rejetted. its not that hard. it just takes time to do it. I will post video of mine soon. I also got some lighting issues I need to figure out. The headlight is on but it is really dim. Enough for people to see to be safe but not enough to light up the road.
Sounds proper. Good choice :)
Do you remember which model mivv this is? I'm looking to pick up a slip-on soon!.
mivv gp pro
Wow
Hi, mooie sound! sinds kort ook een 695 in bezit en zat al te kijken naar mivv's. Waar heb je die van jou gekocht?
Isnt it illegal to ride without db killer in NL?

@@mannyandhisbike But if you have them with you, they might punish you harder, because it clearly was deliberate, if you know what I mean

Great Sound….Thanks for sharing…Do yourself favor..wear gloves.
+Motor Cycles Thanks! I usually always wear gloves when I go riding. I was just going down the street once, but thank you for your concerns!
+Manny Strauven Awesome !
Same as mine. 695 with Mivv, no DB Killers, and monopost. Identical
Go, girl go.

One good thing about the Monster, is that so many feminazi died riding it.
