Hi, this was GREAT instruction, how can I ask a question, I was unable to see what you were doing at the bottom of the mower, time stamp at 8:00 minutes.
You blocked most of the information I needed - "how to lower handle lock", when trying to put it away!
how do you lock the bottom handle?
Make a video of it being used. Like how good does it work?
That little screw in the little bag was to screw the attached cord holder into that little hole on the lower right handle.
ha! I just unboxed mine today (6/30/21) and see you had the same perplexed sense of feeling when it came to attaching the bag. It was a odd that it was so difficult to drop two "hooks" into the "slots". Also HOW do you fold the arm down? the lower part with the handle lock.
I couldn't see what the guy was doing but after reading your comment I figured it out ( grass catcher) ty!
Might help if you had your camera on what you did, rather the back of your shirt. The mower is barely in view

I just got the same lawnmower from Home Depot. Doesn’t this come with cord ?? If not what kind of cord should I buy ? Thank you.
It might help if you show the lawn mower while you’re assembling it instead of your back hiding the lawn mower from view.😢

Not a good video. Can't see much at all on bottom. Also no mention of a better cord for 13 amp draw! Would like to see mower working as well!
terrible vid. i am having issues connecting the lower handles and the dude turned his back on the camera. all i can see is bruce lee. So feedback for you, if you are going to make a simple vid do it well.
