I finished their Home Workout program last week.I can highly recommend it for beginners who wants to try it out. You dont need any equipment for that program and it runs over 6 months. And clearly do the mobility program along with it 👌Got me hooked and im starting the Complete Calisthenics program on monday.😆💪👊💚
No money 😭 they seem good though, gonna check the websute now! is there anything i can start with for free for now until i can find a way get paid materials?
@@ryanforgo3500 They have a couple of full body workout routines on this channel as well buddy. Along with alot of videos explaining how to do the movements the right way. You can put together a simple workout yourself until you have the finances to start a program. Some push ups, body rows and core excerises will get you a good start. Also remember to warm up. 😊👍💪
I'm completing the master calisthenics this month and it's amazing; i also highly recommend it. I feel much safer and complete now to set up my own set after doing the whole course.
Your videos are so impeccably produced! Such clear and comprehensive explanations combined with high quality and a bit of humor. Keep up the good work!
Excellent demonstrations plus your comparision graphs showing effectiveness of various exercises is top notch! A data driven workout is the bomb. Thanks.
Great to hear you both speak about your own work! It would be awesome to see a video about both your training routines. Sven did a great job on the voiceover, he should do it more often :)
My favorite ab exercise has always been "V" situps from the hollowbody position, but I'll have to try out hollowbody crunches as well. Sounds like it has a harder isometric factor.
Calimove is one of the channels u find and almost stop looking for others. The "Exercises Ranked" list is great to understand the muscles groups. I'm waiting for the Leg list!! It's something that worries me when i think about calisthenics..;
Love seeing your current routines as advanced athletes! I understand the vast majority of your viewers are beginners but it's nice to see some advanced stuff for us long term subscribers too. In my opinion it can also give beginners a goal to strive towards.
What I learned from your videos is that max 20 sets per week per muscle group are OK, including for abs. And this is for advanced trainee. I was surprised that you didn't show number of reps per set, but rather showed RPE (Rate of perceived exertion) - how hard the effort is (I didn't know of this metric so far). In your cases it is about 8-9 out of 10, as it is not good to do all sets with RPE of 10. Personally, so far, I've been doing more than 20 sets for abs pers week in most of the cases (6 minutes a day, as I do it in minutes, for 4 days a week in average), but I think I'm using RPE less than 8. When I did with RPE about 8, I think it was most beneficial... I guess I don't like to put much effort in. It helped me so far have good abs, but I guess I need to level up to have a bigger result and effect. :)
The lower and upper part of the rectus abdominis cannot be isolated. Leg raises strengthen the iliopsoas, and can cause lower back pain for some people. It is the biomechanics of the rectus abdominis and iliopsoas. On the other hand, I really appreciate your work, it's very good and strict. Thank you.
Who said you can them isolate? These studies only show that you can emphazie them more or less with specific exercises/movements. Talking about anatomy, the rectus abdominis is actually made up of 8 distinct muscle bellies interrupted by tendinous intersections. This structure is the reason why you can emphazie the upper and lower part a bit more or less. suppversity.blogspot.com/2011/07/suppversity-emg-series-rectus-abdominis.html pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8976314/
@@calimove Thank you very much for your prompt response and for the technical information shared. I'll continue studying. Knowledge is power and you are a lifeboat in this sea of bad fitness influencers.
I do a blend of powerlifting, modern and classic strongman, as well as calisthenics so I don't do any isolation work for the core yet it still gets plenty of stimulus
Hello guys, I have a doubt, why keeping a mat behind the spine correct the form in sit ups? I asked this because I learned so much of your channel, and one of the things was that sit ups is not a good exercise because it harms the spine. Can you make a video about this please? About how to correct the form in sit ups :) Thanks for leaning!
Do you know how to get abdominal muscles to stop spasming? I can’t do any ab exercises at all anymore, because my muscles feel like they’re going to tear away from my pelvis and even ribs. I’ve been stretching, doing split lunges, lying on blocks, etc., and nothing works. It’s starting to make my lower back have unbelievable pain, too, which is the psoas muscles (I think).
Do you move enough over the day? Many physical health issues come from lack of movement. If that's fine too I suggest looking for a professional to help ya out!
Maybe it's your hip flexors getting too tight? Because when they do they pull the lower back and when we start out are hip flexors are much stronger then our core, maybe start with planks and then long lever planks
I have their complete calisthenics program and they recommend an active hang for leg raises. Same if you do it on parallel bars you should depress your scapulae the entire time.
I don’t know if you are going to see this but I’m curious to know how many time it takes you to do your whole routine A and B (including the exercices before abs)? I’d like to try it on mine Thanks by the way love your content 👌🏼
Hello hello, Does your workout program concise of any dynamic stretches? I have your mobility program already and wondering does the Build Muscle and or Master Calisthenics offer or cover dynamic stretches before the training? One more what is the difference between those 2 programs, the Master Calisthenics and Build Muscle program? I am going through them and I don't see any difference beside price. Please help me make an inform decision. Thank you.
Hey, Body Transformation is about building Muscle in the first place. It's like a Bodyweight Bodybuilding Program. We included split training & many different intensitiy techniques which are often used in Bodybuilding (Drop Set, Cluster Sets, Super Sets, etc.). Complete Calisthenics is more about mastering your Bodyweight in Terms of Strength, Coordination & Balance. You will work with different exercises as in the Transformation Program. A good example is the Handstand. A Handstand is mostly about balance and not the best option if you want to build muscle. Complete Calisthenics will also prepare you for upcoming skills and include direct Calisthenics Skill Training (Handstand Push Ups, Planche, Front & Backlever etc.) Of course you will also build some muscle but the Transformation Program is a better option if this is you main goal. Complete Calisthenics include skill training that is a mix between strength and mobility (L & V-Sit for example).

Do dynamic core workouts(trough spinal flexion) degrade the spine overtime or does our body adapt to it?
