A guy told me once: "You are too big to do calesthenics. You should stick with powerlifting because that is what you were made to do." I will never forget those words and I will prove him wrong. I'm currently 34 years old, 6'0" (183cm), and 239lbs (108kg). As of now, I can hold a dragon flag. My goal is to do the iron cross. I know I can do it.
I was introduced to basic calisthenics during the lockdown of 2020. My body responded very well to it. However I have never been able to do full pull-ups and in recent years, I've injured my elbow. I'd watched a video of Calimoves's in which Alex stated that Sven had injured his elbow and then took a break to do mobility exercises for a few months, to fully recover. The memory of that video made me purchase your Mobility program on 3/5/2024. But ever since then we've found out that my mother needs a heart bypass surgery and for that things have been pretty wild, at home. Now, things have been figured out and she gets operated on the 4th of June. With that comfortable thought in mind, I will be beginning your mobility program from tomorrow. I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT AND GRADUATING FROM IT, TO YOUR CALISTHENICS PROGRAM!! Thank you for putting out your videos, they help more than you can imagine:)
@@viktorgubecka577 ----- thank you, Viktor. The surgery is coming up soon. Mom is doing well. I'm in the process of getting everything ready. Blood donors and all, etc.
If you don't want to injure elbows you need to do proper warmup before training and it will be so good to do streching after training too. Talking specifically about pull-ups - you have to think more about technic. I also injured my elbow, and only after half a year i understood that my technic was wrong. I focused too much on my arms, when i needed to focus on the back. Basically you need to pull your body with your back, not arms. You can push your scapula to the back, like trying to attach them together(dont push it too far) and try to think of pull up like pushing bar to the floor, not like pulling you up.
@@gauravrao9082 no problem bro 🫡. Btw, you need to go out to get at least 30 min of sun on your skin daily. Of course you need other vitamins too, so you can do some research to find products which contain them and find out lack of which vitamins you can have. @@ProfessorMorbid I reached level 4 with about... 1 and a half years of some training (like 3 days/weak) followed by 2 years of really hard work (6days/weak) and I reached border between level 4 and 5 (could do many of elements in 5 aswell)

I'm at the top of level one but my abs and legs are weak. My weakness has been after being disabled since 2009. My abs have been ripped open 5 times. I'm weening off of meds like intravenous feeding tubes. I'm hoping before the end of this year. I also had a mild stroke. Dr. said it was likely due to being sedentary, he recommended lots of exercise. It's been 14 months and I've made good progress, all things considered
I watched your channel 1year ago on that time I not able to do one proper push up but I regularly do knee push ups 3 sets one day 9 sets per week ...now I am able to do 5 clean push ups ...thanks for guidance... love from India 🇮🇳
First time seeing this concept of pyramid to understand where you are in the journey! Thanks for that. I’ll wait a bit before human flagging… let’s go back to basics with some clean push ups 🙂
Cheers to all of us striving to improve our life/fitness journeys! As a beginner in calisthenics I’m amazed by how much I’ve learned so far. Each video inspires me to push my limits and embrace new challenges. I was truly inspired by today’s video on the progression pyramid and how exercises grow in complexity. Understanding the structured approach to calisthenics through your model has clarified so much for me. Hello everyone. For the last 15 years, I have hardly been able to stay on my feet for more than half an hour due to my health. Thanks to your progression steps, I have worked my way up (as an example) from wall push-ups to 3 x 10 repetitions of push-ups on the floor. I'm doing everything to get from level 1 to level 2. This was very useful. After 18 months of weights-based strength training I've recently switched to calisthenics. I'm currently still level 2 with some testing of the exercises in level 3 👍
A mix of 2 to 4 all my life, but after 2 years of less exercising for fun because I was doing a lot of manual work, now at 59 I'm struggling to get back, let alone progress. Your videos are very inspiring!
Very nice breakdown! I was probably at level 3.5 before I got injured. I haven't been back to working out since, but I'm trying to resume now. I'd say I'm at level 2 currently. Your videos have helped me a lot. Appreciate it 🙏
I've been working on front lever for years now! As a rock climber I feel like being able to hold core tension from hand to toes is important and the shoulder stability required is also crucial.
Thank you for all your hard work and content you create for us :D Thanks to your videos I've greatly improved my mobility and managed to deal with my longl lasting stiffnes of all body. At the moment I could say i`m in the middle of level 3 but I can feel the improvment with every week of training !

Still waiting for the lower body exercises tier list! Great video as always, guys
These are incredible. Really great to see this organization. I would say that I am mostly level two, with a very small amount of level three mixed in. Really psyched to keep training, and thanks for all your insights.
I really want to master calisthenics and improve my body and I think this program would really help me in my journey. I find it amazing that you offer this possibilty 👍
Helping people with their calisthenics goals ❤
I am moving on to level 2 but hitting a plateau… Your videos have helped me achieve my first pull up 🔥 Wish to continue to progress with you
This was very useful. After 18 months of weights-based strength training I've recently switched to calisthenics. I'm currently still level 2 with some testing of the exercises in level 3 👍
Cool video!!
Plz keep making such cool videos!
On my way into intermediate with a huge help coming from your Complete Calisthenics program!
A mix of 2 to 4 all my life, but after 2 years of less exercising for fun because I was doing a lot of manual work, now at 59 I'm struggling to get back, let alone progress. Your videos are very inspiring!
Thanks for the video! Already bought the Complete Calisthenics program, it's great :)
That is exacly what i needed. The moment i think about a progressive calisthenic program this popup. Thank you calisthenic angel sent by God.
Very nice breakdown! I was probably at level 3.5 before I got injured. I haven't been back to working out since, but I'm trying to resume now. I'd say I'm at level 2 currently. Your videos have helped me a lot. Appreciate it 🙏
I am in level 3 now I am starting again from level 1 to master those basics 😢 let's 🎉go😤
I used to be a level 2 but now I'm at the bottom of level 1. :( I'm slowly trying to build myself back up to level2 but it's harder at my age!
Love it! Thanks so much!
Because of your videos I think I'm in the expert level, thank you Cali move!
Between level 3 and 4, but you guys helped me a lot since level 1, thank you for all your content 👌🏼
The video itself is very informative, entertaining as well as short. You've made a very helpful introduction to many, thanks! Level One
Thanks!
The content is solid. The program guided me from 0 pullups to 9 pullups
Great content as always! 😍 I'm working on my free handstand and I am trying to get to 8 clean pull ups. Thanks for all your work!
Top of Level 1. Growing stronger!
I've been working on front lever for years now! As a rock climber I feel like being able to hold core tension from hand to toes is important and the shoulder stability required is also crucial.
Thank you for all your hard work and content you create for us :D
Thanks to your videos I've greatly improved my mobility and managed to deal with my longl lasting stiffnes of all body.
At the moment I could say i`m in the middle of level 3 but I can feel the improvment with every week of training !
Great video!! I'm in top level 3 right now. I already saw a few skill trees, but this sums it up perfect.
