I made a cute cow pattern roll cake today ~
It is a taste that you can continue to eat without feeling it with cream cheese ^ ^
Try making a soft and cute beef roll cake ~

--Material (using 25cmX35cm frame)
3 egg yolks
Sugar 35g
3 egg whites
46g sugar
Cake flour 70g
Milk 35g
Black food coloring
◇ Recipe
1. Mix egg yolk and sugar and boil in hot water to make 38'C.
2. Whip to white.
3. Add sugar to the egg whites in 3 portions to make a solid meringue.
4. Lightly mix the yolk dough with the meringue.
5. Lightly mix the cake flour.
6. Mix the milk.
7. Relax the dough a little. Add black pigment and mix.
8. Make a pattern using the pockets to be assembled.
9. Bake in the 190'C oven for 2 minutes.
10. After cooling, pennine the dough and bake in a 190'C oven for 12 minutes.
Fresh cream 200g
22g sugar
Cream cheese 50g
◇ Recipe
1. Loosen the cream cheese softly and mix with sugar.
2. Add the whipped cream in two portions and whip.
