Hey guys and welcome to todays video where I want to share with you everything I know about copper peptides, how to use copper peptides and the ultimate skin firming routine with the NIOD copper amino isolate lipid
Copper peptides are often called natures botox and thats for their ability to boost collagen for some great anti ageing effects on the skin. They are also potent antioxidants and provide some anti inflammatory benefits too.. Copper peptides do tend to come with a higher price tag so in this video I want to share with you how to use copper peptides for the best anti ageing and firmer skin.

Hi Rob. You look so good for someone who’s going to be 40 soon! I commented a couple of videos ago about the place I purchase my numbuzin number 5 from and how it was on sale so I got 3! I’ve just received my Niod copper amino isolate serum. So of an evening I use that first then numbuzin number 5 and then Geek & Gorgeous A Game (also recommended by you 🙂) I do use an essence to start with. Is it ok to use those 3 together? I wasn’t sure if I should move Numbuzin no 5 to my morning routine when I use Geek & Gorgeous vitamin c (also your recommendation 🙂) I would really appreciate it if you could let me know your thoughts. Just started integrating copper Peptides into my routine after watching your videos, I had the difficulty with conflicting information on how to use them and then I found one of your vids about how you layered with your retinoid at night and it was a lifesaver. Love Niod Cail too, always makes such a difference to my skin. But yes always stock up when they have 16:26 a deal on. I tend to alternate geek and gorgeous retinal and cail but interesting to see how you use the other products in the same routine.

HI Rob, Love your videos. I just recently started using the Allies of Skin Peptides and GF serum after watching one of your videos. How do I include that into the night time routine? Should I still be using copper peptides or is that an overkill?
This is super informative. Thank you so much as I have been eyeing that NIOD product. I currently use Ole Henriksen Strength Trainer at night. So, just to clarify, based on what you said about high strength antioxidants, I wouldn't derive much benefit from peptides in my routine because I use 15% ascorbic acid in the morning and 0.05% tretinoin at night. Is that correct? Is there a work-around at all that you might suggest, please?

Love the channel - long time lurker, first time poster. Can the Medi8 eye serum be used on the eyelid? Their website says no. I'm looking for an eye cream that targets the above eye area too.
Oh thank you so much hun and thank you for all the support you show the channel.. Yes it can be used on the lip but just be careful and patch test first to make sure your lid can tolerate it :) I would only use the weakest strength one on the lid though. love x

Oh boy, great video, but I'm confused. If I use prescription tretinoin, can I also use Copper Peptides?, I thought that would be too strong to use in the same routine. I'm talking tretinion as opposed to a retinal or other derivative. Please help!! I think I'll cave and buy the CAIL...I do love that. Now used a strong copper peptide by skin biology, just a thin liquid but potent. Thanks!

Great information Rob but I have 2 questions.
1. What are the less gentle peptides/anti oxidants that don't work well with copper peptides?
2. Can you use the Ordinary granactive retinoid 2% and the Ethylated Ascorbic Acid 15% solution mixed in with your moisturizer?
Hi hun, yes to question 2 they both work well with the moisturiser :).. in terms of gentle antioxidants I would go for Q10 or vitamin E :) love x

Hi Rob, I have bought some of the Ordinary’s products off of a couple videos of yours. I have been scouring ur videos trying to find the one where you suggested adding 3 Ordinary products to a thicker moisturizer + another video. I haven’t found so am just writing to ask for clarification. The products are:
1) Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate 20% in Vit F,
2) Alpha Arbutin 2% +HA,
3) Amino Acids + B5, and
4) Pycnogenol 5%
Can you tell me how to layer these and which 3 you suggested to add to a thicker moisturizer?? (If I have this correct).
I have been adding the Pycnogenol to your MAS Retinal Oil that I use. Should I add #’s 2 & 3 to a moisturizer? And the Vit C (#1 use by itself)? Or use #’s 1,2,3 in a moisturizer? Thank you for ur help and sorry for the long long msg☺️.

Hi hun, I dont think there is an issue but some advise against it as the tret can impact the performance of the copper peptides.. I would apply the peptides first and allow them to sink in fully for 10 mins before putting the tret on.. sending love x

Rob how can I incorporate copper peptides and using your mad about skin I cleanse and put a moisturizing essence on and sometimes I use stressless But I try to streamline the best.

I've been using The Ordinary products for a couple years. I'm 50 with a few forehead expression lines and a couple around my eyes and dreaded 11's what so you recommend and in what order would I apply them?
Hi hun, I would follow a similar routine to the one shown in this video.. if you want to stick with the ordinary then I would go for their glycolipid cleanser to start, copper peptides then their granactive retinoid emulsion and the vitamin c shown.. I hope this helps x

Is the Copper Amino Isolate Lipid 1 % (CAIL) better than the Copper Amino Isolate Serum 3 1:1 (CAIS3) or they about the same "strength"? It's a bit hard to tell with NIOD and the ordinary because they never put instructions on how much to use.
