Informative video, but it seems like you cooked the rack way too long. You only should cook to 145F, not 200F like with pork ribs. The rack should take 2-3 hrs max. at 275-300F, to get to 145F.
@@smokegrillfryeat1673 Because you indicated the rack cooked for 6.5 hours. On that grill, unless you were cooking at 150F, after 6 plus hours you would have to be seriously north of 180F. Also, somewhere you mentioned cooking the rack like ribs. They did look good….I’m doing 2 racks for Christmas. Happy Holidays!
