Now I know why sparks get annoyed with people doing day courses and calling themselves sparks
55 mins to. an hour....have you ever heard anything so stupid ? So you wait 55 mins...watch the clock for about 3 mins. , and go for it ...😂
What course are you doing? Isn't Air-con a 3yr course? (I'm in the south West so don't worry about the competition 😜)
Iadenthe jump to ac last year still doing electrical side only 3 days week and 2 day AC.... Prefer it morento electrical
Welcome the world of AC! £1100 pound for all of that is a very good deal! You’ll enjoy the journey!
The vacuum pump alone is something like £350!
I can see why the old boy is retiring, a whole bag of trouble here 🤷♂️
Just ordered it after waiting for ooooo long
Sounds like an echo, but heat pumps are the way to go. My local spark installed both of mine and toasty in winter and cool in summer. And saves a craptonne of electricity compared to alternatives.
Ime just very happy that my gear is going to be used by Nick and put to good use 👍🏴
Nice one, welcome to the world of AC! Great to see you to diversify into a great industry.
Nick I’m definitely up for getting AC installed as was planning on getting it done anyway and given how much attention to detail you have for electrical work I’d be very happy and willing for you to install. I’m in Sheffield if that’s not too far. Was wanting 2 indoor units running off the one outdoor. All on the same wall too so should be quite simple install wise.
That’s ace mate, keep an eye out for when I’m qualified dude
Will do mate thank you.
Get a flaring and swaging kit too for pipework which is very useful.
Welcome to Air Con, I've been doing commercial air con, electrics, generators, UPS's for 40 odd years along with a brief spate of Corgi/Gas safe. Jack of all trades master of none and certainly not as adept at domestic sparks as you.
You know when you see someone and you have to do a double take and by the time you realise its Nick Bundy his gone. I saw you at the show coming in as I was going out. Got one of the testing bags. I will have to look back to see how you loaded it.
You can air con my house, 2nd floor bedroom (sweatbox) and my kitchen/diner.
Just ordered sleeve it 😎
I’ve done the course recently. Eagerly watching your journey. By the way you got a bargain there.
Hey Nick currently doing an apprenticeship in refrigeration and air conditioning in Ireland. If you ever need any technical support or anything like that just let me know.
Also damn you got lucky getting all that gear for 1100. Those gauges and lines would cost about 700 euro ls all on their own
How much are the gauges? I have an old set of yellow jacket gauges here. I have other gear here too.
The thing that ‘does stuff’ is a nitrogen regulator which you use to pressurise the system and strength test pipe work, the vacuum pump ensures the system is moisture free prior to charging with refrigerant. If you think there is red tape attached to the electrical industry, you haven’t seen anything yet.. good luck
Sleeve it looks amazing but at that price I don’t think it’s going to take off
Driving and filming is not good, let’s the video down big style!
What yer doin with a Matt Armstrong tee shirt on. Good to see you follow another good you tuber😀😀
NICE Vlog Nick mate good luck with the course
Nice technical run through of Ac equipment. Love it !
They are bending springs, external ones.
Are you primarily looking to install minisplit units?
Must have missed you, even went over to the velocity stand to say Hi
Hi Nike,
I hope you're doing well.
I just have a question: could you please provide the reference or model of your new snicker pants?
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Did they have the free bar at the end of installer again? 😀
All your mates will be wanting their car ac refreshed now you got that kit
😂😂
They won't work on a car
@@jamiecrumpton9569 looked like some of the extra fittings were the same as on cars, also looks similar to a setup I've seen in a garage
A great idea Nick! Reverse cycle AC (heatpump) is the most efficient sort of heating. And another useful thing for UK is demidify mode. And I suppose useful for the two days of summer. Lol 😂
influencers in vertical video i unknow
Nick, sorry, was playing an old grouch, due to being an old grouch
