We have partnered with our dear friend Billy Lewis from ScareNetwork to showcase one his cult horror movie " Jailhouse (Haunted Prison)". In the words of Billy : I walked into the 2nd floor jail of The Jailhouse for the first time in March of 2008 and it was the middle of the day with the sun gleaming through the old rusty bars.After viewing the place for less than 5 minutes I had chill bumps and I knew we had to make a movie here. The building hadn’t been used in nearly 40 years but had a ton of history and some of that history I tried to incorporate into the script... loosely. This place had a story to tell andI wanted to give this amazing old jail the most unique storyline that I could possibly think of all the while utilizing the jailhouses creepiest assets.I didn’t want this film to be a straight horror/slasher film with tons of blood in every other scene. We could have easily made that film but I felt like that wouldn’t have done this incredible location justice.I’m a fan of Alfred Hitchcock and most of his films and later TV shows were smart and made you think once you finished watching the film, so that was in the back of my mind and a big influence in developing the script.
Wow.. that’s truly a good movie, good storyline and love the way it’s directed so professionally for platforms like UA-cam it’s a great find as an original.. ❤
Seriously good psychological horror movie. This reminded me a bit of Shining but not in a bad way at all. The actor who portrayed the jailor was pretty darn good 🙂
Now that C. Thomas Howell is a great actor, his facial expressions are amazing. Loved him in" the hitcher " also! He would have made Rutger Hauer proud with this performance!😯👍🏻

All the people he encounters at the the bar are part of that imagination and he is trapped inside the prison after he kills his fiancee imagining her to be the jailor.
