A worthy Studebaker for restoration. Studebaker brought the Cruiser name back as it's top model after almost 10 years. It had last built a Land Cruiser In 1952. Especially as an V8, even more desirable. Tho, I've never understood why people of that era would want a car with Radio Delete. Hope you, or someone can save this car.

My best friend had one of these (actually it was his mothers) he would driven us all over in that car. It had the 289 in it and he would race cars and beat a lot of them . Good times!

1961 Lark "Regal" feat. Quad head lite..and "Cruiser" should have 113" wheel base.

I just watched a video last night about the new for 1959 Studebaker that was coming out. It was called the Model X. It became the Lark. Anyway when the designer was talking about the front end he said that Studebaker wanted to keep the front end clean of excess clutter and trendy designs like quad head lights. How funny because, there it is with quad headlights just two years later.

It runs really well and is a solid car. I’m rebuilding the master cylinder and cleaning it. Going to ask 5k. I’m in South eastern Ky
