This is crazy.
I must only imagine how welcoming it is to speak their language. They all seem like good people!
Yeah, they’re all awesome! I always love talking with Arabs and North Africans 😁
After learning a bit of arabic some some levantine words, I can now almost understand most of the conversations you just had.
Nice! Well done!

@@abuasher Arabic is second language in Somalia and is taught in school from primary to high school.
I didn’t realise that! I noticed that Somali sounds very similar to Arabic, but I know it is quite different 😁
@@abuasher True. Somali is Cushitic language like Oromo, Afar etc, unlike Simitic languages like Hebrew, Arabic, Tigrinya, Amharic....
Thank you having for putting a positive light on the Muslim

@@abuasher 🌹❤️
Great channel , everytime they think you are lebanese
Haha, yeah many people think that, but I’ve never met a Lebanese person that thinks that, so that will be the next level 😅
I think you should start pranking people lol
Haha 😅
Do you speak MSA and the Levantine dialect?
I only speak Levantine, but I know a bit of many other dialects and have studied some MSA as well.
Can someone explain something to me (as a student)? He keeps saying “انت بتتكلم" or اين بالفكر"
Why does he add the “بِ" instead of using the normal “ي” or “ت” like normal verbs aka “؟انت تتكلم" or "اين انت تفكر؟"
I’m typically using the Jordanian dialect of Arabic, so some ب prefix is primarily because of that. I misuse it sometime as well unintentionally 😅
My father is Syrian, I don’t speak Arabic, you are by 1 definition more Arab than me.
Well even if you don’t have the language, I’m sure you got some of the culture and you definitely have the genes, so I think you’ve still got me beat 😁
Haha near the same for me so I'm currently learning Arabic
And yes ! Gestures and "cultural feeling" are there, independently of the language
Can u understand all Arabic dialects ?
I can understand the basics from most of the dialects, but not from Moroccan or Algerian 😬
@@abuasher but are u able to communicate from someone from morrco or Algeria ?
Yeah, they understand me fine. I just struggle to understand them. I speak the Levantine dialect which is one of the easiest for other Arabic speakers to understand.
@@abuasher how much percent would you say you can understand their dialect ?
I would say for Moroccan, it depends on the topic. The basics is what changes the most, so I only understand maybe 10% of normal conversations, but if we talk about deep topics those are quite similar so maybe 50%.
Abu Asher are you Muslim?
Nope, I am not.
All of North Africa speaks Arabic and parts of sub-Saharan Africa, too. It's hardly secret.
Haha yes, but this is in Kenya.
So negative
Not at all, these people speaking arabic in the video arent native to kenya they are Yemeni (Hadhrami) and Omani, little sub saharans speak arabic
Not all north Africa. Am north African and I speak Berber not arabic.
@ZeuzBluez Apologies. I mean it's the dominant language of much of North Africa, not that no one speaks anything else. Of course there is Berber and other local languages, as well as French.
