Mashallah, love your vids man ! I appreciate you learning the leventine dialect because it's the most understood in the arab world, when all other newlearners go and speak Egyptian dialects which are a little harder and more different than standard arabic, keep it up man !
Hi Abu Asher, its me the one who came aboard the ship and spoke to you in Arabic. MashaAllah keep up the good work and I didn't know you were this good in Arabic. By the way thank you for the conversation when I came to visit the ship
Hey bro, your videos are very inspiring for me. I am a bit confused on what to learn, Egyptian, Leventine or Fusha. Which type of Arabic are you speaking? My goal is like you to talk to people. I don't care about reading or news, I just want to have social chats like you. You speak the leventine ??
Hey, great to hear you’re interested in studying Arabic and getting to know locals (that’s the fun part)! I do speak the Levantine dialect. I would say if you’re just interested in speaking, either Levantine or Egyptian. Levantine is more broadly understood and closer to traditional Arabic incase you ever wanted to learn that, but there are a lot more resources like books, films and even teachers for the Egyptian dialect and most people will understand the Egyptian dialect, but fewer than the Levantine. Hope this helps! If you ever need more help, let me know.
Thank you for your quick answer. I like levantine more and will stick with that. Your video inspired me to focus on a dialect instead of Fusha! Hope to speak one day like you my friend!@@abuasher
@@abuasher Hm... I will learn the Egyptian dialect because my relatives from my fathers side are living there. So that should be my choice I guess. I had some time with a teacher from Syria but the teacher moved away from my home area so I have to find a new one.
Hey man, love your vids. Kinda shows that peace and mutual respect is just possible :) Just a quick question: what kind of Arabic do you speak? I'm intending to learn it as well, but hesitating for dialect or MSA.

Yes Omani and gulf can understand levant, and Egypt Maybe North Africa a little bit confusing at first, but I have encountered it a lot so I got used to it I an understand the context of a sentence
