Ingredients:

1 White Onion - acts as a cooling agent, rich in antioxidants, helps prevent seasonal infections, promotes heart health and boosts digestion.
1.5 Heads of Garlic (15 - 20 cloves) - boosts immune system, reduces high blood pressure, helps reduce cholesterol levels, helps with prevention of cancer, has antibiotic properties, may prevent alzheimer’s and dementia.
