I feel bad for Takao. It's been a whole season already, he played a key role in the first match Seirin had against Shutoku and he's probably the closest friend to one of the Miracles, but Coach still doesn't remember him 🤣 (but tbh there are many elements Coach keeps on forgetting... For example, why misdirectiononly works for a limited amount if time. I kinda wonder sometimes if he just doesn't enjoy knb that much and just keeps on watching for our sake 🤔)
hm yeah i've wondered that too. he said before that he can't watch more than once a week but i wish he'd maybe do 2 episodes a video then. its a shame because the story is complex and theres a lot of interactions between characters that are important for future matches which makes them kinda meaningless if you don't remember
Dude, same ToT I don't really get why Coach is so forgetful... I mean I have ideas... but with Haikyuu, he wasn't this forgetful haha ToT Poor Takao. Poor senpais... I don't think btw that he doesn't enjoys to watch it, but probably he kept way longer breaks between episodes, and that is not really a good thing, when you have to remember for so many names. It is been more than a year now he started watching knb, he should be on season 3 already... I mean ofc, when he has no time, he has no time, but I think, he was lacking a bit of determination, that he had for Haikyuu. This is just my observation and opinion tho. Kinda sad, because he do misses a lot of things. Also talks over way more stuff without a pause.... But I think he still enjoys it. I mean I hope. It would be even more devastating, if he would say, he does not like knb.

I'm sure I've said it in previous videos, but Midorima is my favorite character in KnB, and it's because he changed the most for the better, even if Takao doesn't think so lol I also love me a tsundere character!

For starters:
C mitobe Pf kagami Sf koga Sg hyuga Pg izuki
This is the play:
Izuki dribble past half court then pass to kagami at elbow(he can shoot there), izuki'z guard will double kagami cuz izuki can't shoot three then izuki run to the basket asking for pass while mitobe run to baseline behind kagami.
If mitobe's guard follow him izuki get pass from kagami easy layup 2 points.
If mitobe's guard follow izuki mitobe get
pass from kagami easy mid range 2 points.
If izuki's guard follow him kagami dribble to basket easy layup/dunk 2 points NO ONE CAN STOP HIM and/or maybe get foul for free throw(s).
If kagami's guard follow izuki kagami just shoot mid range 2 points over izuki's guard.
...
While those plays happens in one side koga give screen to hyuga at wing.
If hyuga get free of guard kagami pass for 3 points.
...
When kagami tired sub with kiyoshi, sub mitobe with tsuchi, sub koga with kuroko or sub izuki with kuroko but koga will dribble past half court and kuroko give hyuga screen.
With kiyoshi the play start at baseline not from elbow but everything is the same.

Those are basic basketball offense plays they can use cuz kagami is big threat from elbow and kiyoshi is threat from baseline while hyuga is more effective when free for three not still mentioning kuroko's offensive capabilities he's just giving screens!!
Misdirection only works for some time because of how after enough times seeing it eyes become adapted to tricks so it will not work for some time

You're pretty much right! But it can also be used simply in a friendly way. You know, the way you can make "Eddie" from "Edward", "Meggy" from "Megan, etc. Adding -chan to a name works very much the same. It can be either friendly/affectionate, embarassing or disdanful ^^
Some people like it in English however, it’s a bit more complicated
