  • Homesteading since 2014. Our family of 10 lives on ten acres of a self built small farm that has taken us 10 years and counting to “finish”;)
We share our build as well as products we make, use regularly and love. You can find those products for sale here:

My ears pricked up when I heard "huckleberry." I LOVE huckleberries, we six children went huckleberry picking when we lived in Spokane, Wa. My mom made so much huckleberry jam, it was glorious!🥹💕

I have never had it! These are annual bushes so I think they’re different than perennial huckleberries? I’ll
show them once they fruit. They have flowers now so I’m interested to grow and try these ☺️

@@wildwoodsandhomestead I can't describe the flavor.🤦🏻‍♀️ It's like a blueberry, but....more concentrated...no. It's slightly more sour? Peppery? No. Sour and peppery, but not spicy? I'm TERRIBLE at describing food flavors! Wild huckleberries grow in the Pacific Northwest, but you can order them online, which we did as a family so we could have that nostalgic taste of our childhood.
