I see that power washer cleaning chairs alot? What do u do once cleaning is done? Stand up to dry…?? Seems like time consuming. As u know can’t stack and put away wet. All videos are great!👍

How do you have customers return dishes? Do they wash/rinse them first then return and you do your wash?

How do you deal with travel? Would you consider that a “break” for staff since they are most likely on the phone

Never consider travel a break. It’s still their time being spent on what you want them to do. Make sure and charge the customer an adequate amount for travel so you can pay your workers. If you don’t pay them they will not stay committed to you and when you need them for hard work they will not be available.
