Milk and Cheese are my two favorite things to eat and drink so I can definitely incorporate more of that for easier calories.
Oats! Just regular oats. Great source of carbs and calories. I mix half a serving of weight gainer and 100 grams of regular oats. That’s around 660cals. Works amazing.

Just use whole milk, a scoop of whey, half a cup of oats, and a bit of PB. Almost 800 cals and delicious. I used to do this back when I had a lot of trouble eating enough.

500ml milk, 100grams oats, 2tbsp peanut butter, 15 dates, 20almonds add in whey protein if you can, perfect shake to bulk up
I've been super sedentary and barely eating ever since 2020, and my appetite has just been nuked. I still got a lot of things to try out, but for now, it feels almost impossible to get over 2500 without some BBQ Fritos. It's been a great way to just reset my appetite and pack in one more actually healthy meal.
I use carb powder (maltodextrin) and protein powder as kind of a 4th meal after my workout.
I'm also a hardgainer. I feel you shouldn't be obsessed with ONLY eating "healthy" foods. As long as the majority of your diet is clean, I see no problem with eating a little junk food to gain more muscle. Matter of fact, when I started eating some junk food, I started gaining more muscle mass with no problems. As long as you're on a majority healthy calorie surplus and lift harder than last time.
Potato chips were a game changer to me.

My hardgainer strategy is making protein shakes with a cup of heavy whipping cream, adds up to about 1000 calories for each one

@@praveenwazza5556 Come test my blood you’d be surprised, cutting out seed oils and temperature therapy have drastically reduced my already normal cholesterol levels. To be fair, however, I am a 20 year old with a healthy, diversified diet and a ridiculous metabolism, not saying most people could get away with doing what I do

Yup we exist , my gym stinks of weed most evenings 🖐️ I found lowering tobacco helps as I don't get the munchies anymore . And working out hungry also works up an appetite lol obvs 😒 😜

One serving of Horizon whole milk (8oz) is 150 calories. 8g fat, 12g carbs, 8g of protein. 2 glasses (16oz) is 300 😃👍. That's like a small meal in 2 glasses of milk right there
Hey i just found your podcast, Germans Really dont know how to do it. So i came back where things start to get big. Question here is : i eat mixed good and bad food atm ( i couldn't try out for now only eat good stuff for a longer time) but noz that much bad stuff more like the average sport dude eat. So the thing is i have seek up the toilet like 30mins after breakfast most, or sometimes in general to fast if you ask me. Im all good health young and that but is the body able to pick what he need in that time or is all you have eaten like wasted now because your body cant handle maybe that well? Peace up (inb yeah its a lovely topic and no i dont got diarrhea :D)

For all my hard gainers who work a very busy schedule and don’t have time to “eat” 4-6 meals: Try having this shake twice a day to be just under 2800 cals with 142g of protein!
1-1/2 scoops isolate protein powder
1 - cup of Oatmeal (dry)
2 - Tbspn Peanut butter
1 - Tbspn Honey
1 - banana
1 - Tbspn olive oil
1/2 - cup of Whole Milk
1 - scoop of vanilla ice cream
2x - Oreo cookies
Blend dry ingredients into powder/dust, then mix with liquids and enjoy your Oreo Cookie Chunky Monkey Mass Gainer Shake!
Cals: 1379
Protein: 71g
Carbs: 160g
Fat: 57g

Used to be hardgainer here; Peanut butter and whole milk are your best friends. Eat this everyday like it’s your last meal. You’ll gain weight
Heard that from a friend who was also a hardgainer. Said he’d eat two massive PB&Js before bed everyday and that helped a ton. I also love milk more than water so that’s an easy thing to drink more of.
@@billhader8404 put them both in a blender with chocolate whey protein. Easy 800 calories and it tastes pretty good
im 180 training for almost three years, really hard, eat veggies, nuts, oats, meat, eggs dark bread all the good shit. Its just impossible toe even reach 70kg. At this point I basically want to give up and get some steroids, just so I can at least have the body of a 25 year old, not a 16 year old. Im absolutely over it. If I train more, my wrists and shoulders start to fuck around, if I work I burn endless calories. I eat 3700 calories a day, wake up at 7, go to bed early. NOTHING works. Not even when I called sick because of my knee and sat around all day doing nothing but eating and upper body training, FUCKING NOTHING. I just over it. Gym doesn't work, Calesthenics builds no mass at all, and my muscles just get resistant to the overload and make it fucking hard to get growth started, cause before my biceps gives up, my wrist does. And at this point I just want to know how to get started
How much did u weigh in the beginning and how much u weigh currently. Also what your height? Maybe its ur genetics? Dont give up!💪💪💪

A glass of milk with each meal? I feel like this would conflict with optimal digestion (for optimal assimilation) is milk not destructive for the digestive system? And does fluid and food in the gut simultaneously obstruct digestion? As one myself, I feel like all "hard gainers" eat ourselves into inflammation and malabsoprtion lol

I feel you bro, anytime I try bulking, the next day after eating a lot I’m not hungry until like 2pm the next day the thought of food in that state makes me sick

Milk every meal? Weight gainers etc? Are no good for u. I tried it, became lactose intolerant and now have heartburn and indigestion regularly. Even healthy baked chicken sets me off!! Don't have gainers as they're mass produced junk in a factory, don't have too much dairy too.
It's a balancing act. A bit of everything but not too much of one thing ie dairy... Cheese, milk, coleslaw etc
