Eggs are a staple in most diets-whether you're intentionally eating healthy or not. When you're looking for a key source of quality protein, minerals, and vitamins, eggs should be your go-to source. But eating the hard-boiled variety day in and day out can get old, fast. Make the most of this protein-rich food with these three recipes!
=============================================
Fried Egg With Sweet Potato Hash
This recipe is three things: easy, simple, and nutritious. The combination of sweet potato, sautéed bacon, and onions makes a great throne upon which to display your egg. Dig into this muscle-building meal fit for a champ!
Ingredients
Sweet potato 1
Onion 1
Red pepper 1
Bacon strips 2
Egg 1
Grapeseed oil 2 tbsp
Lime juice 1/4 lime
Scallions to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley to taste
Directions
1. Peel and dice sweet potato. We used a local white sweet potato.
2. Coat pan with grapeseed oil.
3. Sauté onions and bacon pieces. Allow to caramelize. Don't shake the pan because you'll break the sear that's giving it that golden brown color.
4. Add red peppers and sweet potatoes.
5. Dice and add fresh parsley.
6. Add lime juice.
7. As the hash cooks, add oil to another pan and allow pan to warm.
8. Crack and fry egg.
9. Top hash with scallions and salt and pepper to taste. Plate and top with fried egg.

Ham and Veggie Scramble
Simplicity gets a protein punch with this dish. The saltiness of the ham, meatiness of the egg, and creaminess of the avocado all play into the beauty of this one-pan dish.
Ingredients
Canadian bacon 2 oz.
Eggs 4
Tomato 1/2
Avocado 1/2
Grapeseed oil 1 tsp
Directions
1. Add oil to the pan. Saute onions, tomato, and Canadian bacon.
2. Whisk together four eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add a little milk or heavy cream. Mix.
3. Cut an avocado into quarters and create an avocado fan. Set aside.
4. Add eggs and scramble. If it overcooks, add in another egg.
5. Plate eggs and top with fresh avocado.

Simple Deviled Eggs
If you're looking for a healthy hors d'oeuvre to spice up your next gathering, look no further than these deviled eggs. The best part? You can prep them the day before so you can spend the day focusing on your guests instead of working in the kitchen.
Ingredients
Eggs 3
Mayo 2 tbsp
Dijon mustard 2 tbsp
Rice wine vinegar 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Parsley for garnish
Directions
1. Boil eggs and cut them in half. Separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Using a cheese grater, grate the yolks.
3. Add mayo, mustard, paprika, cumin, and rice wine vinegar to a bowl. Mix. Add to grated egg yolks.
4. Spoon filling into the egg whites.
5. Top with parsley and paprika.

Robert Irvine is my most favorite celebrity chef - just look at him! He looks fit and trim as opposed to most other celebrity chefs. The best part is that he is in his mid-50s, thus showing that fitness and good health is in reach for everybody. Dear Robert - you are my heroic, shining example that I use to pick myself up and keep working at life no matter what happens. Thank you from my soul and I send this message to you with love.

Little tips how to improve the dish:
1) Render the bacon fat first on a low/meadium heat so you dont have to add this much oil, it will improve the taste of the hash and make the bacon crispy
2) Take your eggs out of the fridge a bit earlier so they get colse to room temp and lower tge heat of your pan. That way yolk wont be raw and white burned on the edges.

First breakfast was 600 calories, second breakfast was about the same. Unless you're a puny person, 600 calories is a small breakfast for a person who works out. You also have the option of not using oil by using a nonstick and taking out an egg or two and using egg whites from a carton to shave off 200 calories.

he hardly cooked an carbs - just fat and protein. the avocado was a healthy
addition. as a body builder who needs protein, okay, but ham and bacon are not
close to heart healthy and id think any bodybuilder or athlete wouldnt want that

I wonder what calories have to do with healthy food? Healthy does not mean - eat less. It means - eat good. If you are bodybuilder you easly have to eat every day 2,5-3,5k calories (especially if you do cardio to it). 500-800 calories per meal is nothing and it doesn't say anything about being healthy or not.
If you are lazy ass who sits in front of monitor whole day and not move a lot then yes- those recepies are mostly not for you.
Just to tell you- his second scrambled eggs were 4x90 kcal for eggs, around 50 kcal in additions, 100 kcal in fat (avocado). Easy 600 calories at least- that is small breakfast for bodybuilder or someone who does sport.
Also especially if you do sport (but mostly if you do a lot of cardio related activities) you need fat.

I eat 4000/4500kcal a day and let me tell you this is way too much fat. Especially for in a caloric surplus. Dietary fat gets stored as bodyfat the easiest, So I wanna keep it under 130grams per day roughly. Just wasting my fat macros on all that oil, AND egg AND bacon would be ridiculous@@honestbenny

The saturated fat and cholesterol in eggs don't raise your risk for heart disease and there are a lot of vitamins in the yolk. It's fairly recent news, only a few years old, so you may not have gotten the message if you're not interested in nutrition but I'd advise you to look it up now because it's really quite interesting and changes quite a few things.

Theres nothing unhealthy about this dish, it's very healthy, essentail mono-unstaturates, saturates from the ALA and CLA from the egg and bacon and micro's from the veggies along wit ha little carbs and potassium from the potatoes, similar goes for the other recipes.

Mayo has absolutely zero carbs, and if you do even intermediate or beginners cardio, it shouldn't hurt you. Fat dosent mean bad. It just means more calories and if you're bulking you're good enough. It's way better than eating bread or rice.
