Thanks for the support guys glad you like it. Whats in the pan was a one hr sample. Weve noticed the best gold comes from this shingled bedrock. All those little cracks break up and the gold is in them. We have also learned the most important part is that the bed rock cracks and dips are running the opposite direction of the river. The hold gold way better.
I like how you do not stop and point out every flake of color. I think I saw lots of little pickers charge for the hose. Looks like the craw dad did not wat to take the ride up to see the dredge.
Hey thanks for noticing. I try to stay productive down there and focused on what the bed rocks doing. Its all a numbers game. Once you can find an average gold per hr or per yard , however you calculate it. Then it comes down to speed and efficiency. Plus a consistent flow of material helps the capture rate. Changes in the feed will account to losing gold. To much water/material ex.. Thanks for the comment! Please help support by subscribing. We just got done sampling new properties over memorial day weekend and will be posting new vids soon.
Bill Chiles I agree thank you! There was very little material so we where on bedrock the whole time. This was more toward the outside channel and faster water. Thanks for the support please subscribe!
Hell of a spot yall got. I'm for NC and I have 4 inch I dredge up at vien mountain haven't found no hot spot like yall got yet... can t wait for more videos
Hey thanks buddy please subscribe. This took us 2 years of sampling and putting data together that lead us here. It still wasn’t enough. Keep trying sampling is key.
Hello yes sir! Its important to note we are only cleaning the bottom extensively because we have determined the best gold was on bedrock. This isn’t always the case. In many cases especially for us the best gold was on top of an old hard packed layer. Thanks for the support, please subscribe more coming soon!
Thats real satisfying to watch..😍 Whats the camera you are using in this video? Im looking for one that doesn't die in the first 2 minutes from cold water.
Geoff C Hello please help us by subscribing. We are close to 1000! The equipment is all keene. Its a 5 inch. The two pumps are pumping 300 gallons per minute i believe. The sluice is a double sluice over/under. Check out our other videos on (sluicebox extension) thanks for the support. We are looking for a new property to dredge in N. Georgia.
I'd like to see someone make a jagged tooth nozzle rim that would act as a serrated cutting type lip that would chop into the clay of these dredging operations.
brady byrum Well hell brad get you a welder and put the idea to the test! We use a high power water blaster in the hard stuff. It tends to chop it all up and loosen it but it makes it cloudy.
brady byrum that's extremely dangerous, if you get your arm in front of that hose at just the angle there's enough force to pull you in, which is why they have the rim guard to leave open area for water to flow through. If that were serrated it'd be more life threatening than it already can be.
Gabriel Zeballos Hello buddy all the equipment is from keeneeng.com we have a 4 inch dredge for sale it has under 50 hrs on it.Find it on our ebay. Stores.ebay.com/sluiceboyprospecting
Emmanuel Boniphace Hello please subscribe sir. Yes its called hookah diving. You need a hookah set up. Its a air compressor that runs off the engine. Runs all day no tanks.
Robert Helm well you cant get every speck. Only once we see the gold on bedrock we slow down. Its easy to see the gold under water. In this particular area the gold was resting on top of the second layer of red hard packed material. There wansnt much on the bedrock here. We sample very thoroughly each layer. Weve spent way to much time working bedrock for no reason.
war dawg Hello did you watch till the end? It was a 1 hr sample all the gold was in the pan after. Thanks for watching please subscribe. Lots more coming this summer guys.
ALWAYS LIVE heck no! That was an hr -45 min sample run. Was almost gram an hr! Not bad at all. We push this thing a good 10-12 hrs in shifts on a good day, when we find the right spot through our sampling.
Not sure why but this is somehow relaxing to watch.
Otis Reese 🤣 thanks. We have a ton more coming soon. Its in the works! Thanks for watching please subscribe.

What size dredge is this...trying to figure out if my 16" wide box is good enough for a 4" nozzle
This is a 5 inch dredge the box is 20 inches wide. The 4 inch come standard with a 16 inch box it should be plenty of sluice.

Hey, slow down some and work those cracks better, you are missing some gold. Take your time.
Robert Helm well you cant get every speck. Only once we see the gold on bedrock we slow down. Its easy to see the gold under water.
