It's the opposite, most of the time. Something being famous only means that it's simple enough for a person, which doesn't know a shit about music to like it. Basic music theory does work well, but all the songs which are so primitive do not even scratch the surface of the full potential of music. Complexity is good, because it makes one think and undertand some interesting non-standard concepts, and thus make one more aware of music as art, not just as a hadbanging stuff. I mean, listening to bands, which don't go beyond the level of complexity of, for example Metallica, is like reading only fairy tails through all your life. If were ever to compose something, I would like it to make people think in some kind of way, not just headbang on beats 1 and 3
Your playing is getting cleaner and cleaner, well done man! This video is a reminder to me of all the great songs I havent learned yet, haha, great work man \m/
Great mix of riffs! Classic/Blues/Prog Rock, Alternative Rock, Grunge, Pop-Punk/Emo, Punk, Hard Rock/Hair Metal, Heavy/Thrash Metal, Nu-Metal, etc, they're all here in one form or another! (And yeah there are probably a dozen more sub genres of metal included lmao)
Hey man i just got my guitar, you have been always an inspiration to me and this seems to be just the right time, what a coincidence right? I want to say thanks for the great content you always make. Keep doing your thing ese
Vermillion you are awesome. I just got a guitar and want to learn some cool riffs like the ones you chose. Thanks to you, I can start learning some stuff. Thank you for making this video. 👏👍🤘
You know what I noticed about this video. That alot of the hate given to nu-metal was about how it was over simplified or that it was more about groove then skill and fast playing . And yet alot of this very famous tracks are super simple and yes they can be modified to become more complicated I'm sure . But my point is to just to say I guess sometimes simple works and it if sounds good let it be . I wish I had the same sentiment for mumble rap 😅😂

@@AidanBadillo thx, corrected :)
👌
7:20 is most important
Damn Daniel the one riff only the most elite guitarists can play, whoever can play that very riff should be bowed down to and worshipped.
@@CrossbuckProductions no, only rudy ayoub can play that riff
That's a very original joke. Wow
Now 101 DIFFICULT but GREAT riff
Angel Hernandez you need more likes boi
We cannot lose him this soon
100 Difficult but bad riffs
Fungando That was my first thought but why would I want to listen to bad riffs? Haha
@@mrbloodbane4129 You got me... Fuck you >;(
2:50 Black Sabbath not Ozzy Osbourne
hugy les bons tuyaux yea I was going to say the same
@@stormgaming4100 me too
Ozzy is in black Sabbath
@@halfblood9908 but given the fact that Ozzy is also a soloist, you have to say that Iron Man belongs to BS, not to him
@@halfblood9908 Yea I know, but the song was played and recorded by the band, not by Ozzy Osbourne
Very impressive, but. Can you do 010 Difficult Riffs but Bad Riffs?
You picked the wrong video, man...!
Just 10? Pretty sure i could, yeah.
That’s gonna be a lot of unpopular slayer songs
this aint davie 504 dude
Yeah!!!! Do it!!
4:25 you know that thing where someone plays the friends theme, but stop it before the clap?
THIS
7:20 When somebody tells me to show them what I can play on guitar
Anton Razzouk I haven’t even watched to that part of the video yet and I feel like it’s smoke on the water😂
Also intro to Nothing Else Matters.
You can notice that a bunch of legendary riffs are just simple .Simplicity is better than complexity in certain cases.
Simplicity is easy to remember. Complexity is not.
If were ever to compose something, I would like it to make people think in some kind of way, not just headbang on beats 1 and 3
simplicity is just easier to assimilate, doesn't mean it's better
7:20 you know what i mean....
2 things, you're either pointing to Rudy, or the fact that this was played with the pick and not plucked.
My Name Is Jonas u forgot one bro
Top 10 death riffs
Chuck schuldiner its so awesome
Ozzy Osbourne - Iron Man? You sure? :P
👉👌
Black sabbath*******
Ozzy did do a cover after he left
So yes
It must be "Tony Iommi - Iron Man"
It's not Ozzy! It's Lil Wayne
101, because 100 is too mainstream
He always gives 101% just for us!
Because i want to go one step beyond
1:33 This is *huh* Wow!
Manowar - Die for metal sounds like a reverse Kashmir. IDK if that's obvious.
Starting out with One Vision makes me love you so much
Likewise
Opened with Queen
I instantly knew this was gonna be a good list

Я офигел когда увидел slayer raining blood, ведь это сложная композиция. Но находится в топе лёгких риффов😳😂
Thank you for giving manowar a spot on this list. 🤘😎
Nirvana on 8:36
Заколебала уже эта нирвана
you should put there all Rammstein songs.
I wish you would’ve added the riff to Click Click Boom by Saliva but otherwise great job and great video.
Love from India...
Follow or so cold - breaking benjamin? Great list otherwise, I just would’ve added those two if I made the list.
Hey could you do a "Top 10 Deftones Riffs" video?
I haven’t even heard of half of these bands but you performed all of them to perfection. ✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻

You should hear a lot of nirvana's songs, it's so great and so easy
Awesome video
A lot of these also have really hard solos, so I just don't even bother learning it sometimes
I really expected you to play the ending lick of princess of the dawn. They always start their live version with it.
Main riff to Death symbolic is easy.
YEEES. Rammstein!
To 15:37 From 16:32

Walk is the best easy riff
