Hi, i did see a couple of comments about the company and issues with the hair. I've reviewed for this company since 2017 i believe and didn't have an issue with the hair prior, so i found them quite credible. over the years the hair reviews with the company have not been very frequent and the last review i did for the company has been about 3 years ago. I'm not sure of why of the inconsistencies with the hair, but i will reach out to the brand to ask of the troubles recently. thanks guys.
From the moment you came on UA-cam all your content just seemed so ungenuine. Just admit u don’t care nd you were just tryna get to the bag. A lot of your reviews have been on shitty companies.
I’m so sad. This hair looks so good, but these comments got me like 👀.
I just received my hair and it’s mixed with synthetic hair. Some strands started melting with the temperature at 375. I got half bundles. The frontal was longer than what I asked for. I’m about to take all of this to a licensed specialist in the morning and if they confirm what I’m thinking, I’m disputing these ppl and returning this hair back to them.

The hair was delivered on March 30, 2023
I had it installed on April 7th. My LICENSED stylist, colored the bundles and closure. She also bleached the knots
This hair is trash….you should see the ends…smh

We typically would not take to UA-cam to respond to customer complaints, but we felt the need to in this instance as we have been unable to follow up with the customer concerning this issue.
Firstly, we are a reputable company and have been in business for years in the Raw hair industry. We supply 100% Raw hair and in no way supply customers with synthetic blends or anything of that nature. Neither do we provide one level of quality to influencers and another to our customers.
As with any business or any product, despite all efforts of quality assurance there is a possibility that the product may not meet our customer’s standards. In any case of a customer complaint we take the potential issue very seriously, and always provide the best customer service while trying to find the best solution. In over 90% of instances where we are contacted about any of our products, a resolve was found with simple haircare steps. This being the nature of raw hair. In cases where the hair is dyed or otherwise altered, it creates a more complex dynamic where quality compromise may become an issue and we simply do not know exactly how the hair was truly treated once it has left our facility.
Rest assured that the level of consideration and respect that we have for all of our customers is considerable. Always has and will always be. Thank you for choosing RAUH Hair!
