- Had my best score yet and made it to the Final Battle Wizard mode. Ended the game with 210 million points! Still hoping to someday make it to the Cowabunga wizard mode.

hey man haven't gotten a chance to check out your other videos yet, but i love the way you explained the process of how to play the game. Hopefully you have some other videos of pins just like this one, looking forward to seeing more. Got a personal high score on my local turtles pin after watching this! Keep up the good work.
Hey Joseph, thanks so much for the kind words! I do have a few similar videos of other pinball machines. I was streaming a lot a few years ago, but haven't really done much of that lately. I've been hoping to get back into streaming though. Congrats on your personal high score on Turtles! It can be a tough game for sure. Heck of a game, well played! I wonder/hope there'll be a code update that makes the modes more enjoyable. Such a killer theme and the art/layout is great but the animations are such a disservice on this one. Wizard mode especially. In the second phase when you squared off with Rocksteady and Bebop, they and the turtles are literally just standing in a circle on the screen. For a wizard mode I'd expect more action. You are one heck of a player 👏

Although it's a shame that this game has been lacking in code compared to some of the newer Sterns. I still love it though. Damn, that was some serious skill there, very well played on a tough machine! I love this game, we got this as our first machine just before Christmas, my current high score is only 25 million so I've got quite some way to go!

Incredible gameplay! I’ve just picked up a pro and trying to dial it in. Can you please share what power you have your flippers set too? I assume you have the pitch set at 6.5?

Thanks Dave, I appreciate it man! I have my flippers set at the standard flipper power that came with the game. I forget offhand what Stern sets them at, but I can check later if you'd like. As for the pitch, I usually set my machines slightly higher than 6.5. When looking at the bubble level by the shooter lane, I usually get the bubble on the upper black line. Turtles is fast though, and it it's set too high, or if the flippers are feeling a little weak, then it will be tough to backhand both ramps. Hope you enjoy your game! I still play mine all the time! It's tough, but a lot of fun!

Nice game! Lot's of our league players bitch about Turtles, but me and my buddy Kevin love it. It's fast and challenging and that upper flipper shot is so important.

Definitely! Avengers is a very fun game as well. I don't own one, but I've been able to play both a pro and premium. They're super fun and have great flow!
Random question but do you use playfield protection on your games? Also, my TMNT game gets a lot of air balls and crazy shit lol I turned down the flipper power a bit until I can get better.
Hey John, I don't put any playfield protectors on my machines. I pretty much just keep them clean with Novus. I honestly don't even really wax them all that much, since they're really only played on the weekends at my house. I never really get any air balls on my TMNT, but I have heard that that's a common problem with some TMNTs. My flipper coils strength is stock, but they're probably a bit weaker after the few thousand plays my machine has had. Enjoy the game, it's a great one! Thanks for watching!

I love my tmnt and it will stay. I think it is a fast game and the shot are not that easy. You really let it look like the shots are easy lol. Nice game👍🏻
Thanks Kevin, I appreciate it! I totally agree about the shots not being that easy, and they definitely take some getting used to. Especially the right ramp, it's weird how it's sort of a low shot on the left flipper. This game will stay for me as well. The flow is amazing! And the theme really draws people in :)

I like the layout, art, sound and rules on this game!! I have Tommy, and this borrows some things from it ( and some from Baywatch).... Too bad Stern did not really use the real actors when they made it, or i would sell my 3 games to get the LE!!
I like all the same things about it as well! Funny, I remember when this game was first revealed I remember thinking it was very similar in layout to Baywatch. I have a Baywatch, and almost didn't but TMNT, but luckily, despite have similarities, they still feel like completely different games. That would have been great if Stern was able to use the real actors voices!

28:39 Wizard Mode Starts
How do you plunge into the pops? Doesn't seem to be an option on my machine.
There is a post that pops up behind the van that stops the ball and forces it to go into the pops. It's actually the default way the game plunges the ball. If you hold in the left flipper it will keep that post down so you can plunge to the upper left flipper. I'm assuming you're not holding in the left flipper while plunging? My best guess is that the post isn't rising up. When you shoot the left orbit during gameplay does the ball always travel fully around the orbit? Lots of times it should hit that same post when you shoot the left orbit to stop the ball and allow for an upper flipper shot. I would maybe check the coil to see if that post isn't traveling up. If you're familiar with Deadpool or JP, it's the same type of post.
on my shrek pinball game, i got 97 million points with 2 5-ball multi-ball, 2 dragon multi-balls and 1 Shrek multi-ball. it's a hard game to play. kinda like Family guy.
Nice score! I've only played Shrek a couple times, so I really don't know the rules to the game that much. Definitely a machine that you don't see too often.
My computer just tilted watching you shake this machine all over the place. No plum bob in your machine?
Lol obviously there's a tilt bob in there. I'm not going to go back and find tons examples, but I'm sure I got warnings all throughout this. There's one just after the13:25 mark. Moving the machine is part of the game. You're not going to get warnings from using your palms and nudging the game up, which is what I'm constantly doing. I set all of my tilts to a medium setting. Not super tight, but not missing either.
