- In this video we will be talking about everyone's favorite police car Decepticon, Barricade! Some of you might recall that in some media, Barricade sported a blaster on his hood, though he has been depicted with this weapon, it's something that he actually never used in the film itself.

Blackout never used his main rotor in this fight for a simple reason. After transforming, he looks around the city knowing that it would make it difficult to use the main rotors because they are too big to be used and if he did, it would damage his weapon badly with chances of injuring himself. So, he decided to use the back stabilizer rotor because it’s smaller and wouldn’t cause unnecessary problems
The rotor blade seems like a impractical weapon tbh

Yea so cool in the first movie only to practically dissappear afterwards. Kinda glad he didn't die like how he was originally supposed to in the 07 movie but wished we'd have at least seen him in the city fight

-1:03 This would have been a cool DNA Design upgrade kit for Studio Series Barricade. Heck, it could have cool if they made both missile launchers 3:39 to be placed on the hood of Barricade's police car and as 5:56 over the shoulder missile launchers in robot mode. Sadly it didn't happen.
Speaking of barricade’s forgotten weapons, in the Transformer 07 DS game, does anyone else notice that in Barricade’s forward melee attack animation, barricade pulls out two very think blade like thingys to use in his last animation of attack before the combo ends?
I wish we could see his Alt mode in racing games, the closest thing was being put in Midnight Club L.A. and trying to accurately trying to recreate 07 Barricade. Same with Bumblebee even though he’s in the Forza games, the taillights don’t really match up. Hasbro, if you’re seeing this, do a collab with other racing games and put in the transformers

The detail at 6:07 is both funny and rather wholesome for a 'con. That's teamwork.
My take on why the game put the launcher on the other side is that he has two of them but only extended the one side for the scene since it is easier to aim one weapon rather than two.
My guess is that they put his launcher on the right side in Forged to Fight so that players could see it better, since the camera is always on the right side of the character. Just a guess.
his rockets are cool but I prefer his red firework thingy from the game haha always liked using that thing.
Barricade is lucky he survived being decapitated by Prime, if he was then he would have been dumped in the ocean along with the other dead decpticons before being revived and most likely getting killed again.
I hope we see Barricade in the new timeline.

Hey, Theorymus! I’ve got some news on what I want to do with my script for my Transformers rewrite and revised designs for Bumblebee and Optimus Prime.
Bumblebee
Alt-mode: Yellow and black 1977 Chevrolet Camaro with all-terrain modifications from ROTB
Height: 15 feet tall
Battle mode: Deploys battle mask from BB and ROTB
Head: Similar to head from BB and ROTB but with more pointed horns/antenna, a black stripe running down the forehead with a yellow Autobot badge and a mouth
Body: Overall the same as ROTB Bumblebee with auxiliary lights on the shoulders, a roll cage on the chest, a tape/CD player near stomach area and band enamel pins (Queen, Van Halen, Black Sabbath, The Beatles, AC/DC, The Smiths, Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Journey, etc.) attached to seat belts under the chest area similar to Wheeljack in ROTB’s seat belt suspenders
Optimus Prime
Alt-mode: Red and blue 1987 Freightliner FLA semi truck with white stripe, includes silver trailer with white stripe that can either transform as a part of Optimus’ robot mode or transform into a portable armory for Prime similar to the one in DOTM.
Height: 20 feet tall
Battle mode: Deploys faceplate
Head: Overall the same as BB/ROTB with more G1-inspired maskless face design.
Body: Overall the same as BB/ROTB with some silver and white parts around the abdomen from the trailer.
I’ve decided that if people want to see it, I have intentions of making a feature-length animation inspired by both the G1 cartoon and anime-style Powerhouse projects such as Castlevania. I will also post what films and shows I watched as inspiration for the project.

This is similar to how bee had shoulder mounted machinegun pod's that are only seen in some concept arts and in the DS 2007 games.

I could see the launcher being on the wrong side as simple miscommunication. "I am looking at the picture right now. There is a missile launcher on the right side of the picture." translates to "There is a missile launcher on the right side of the hood"

The only reason I can think of it being on the right side in Forged to Fight, is for (probably) gameplay view, especially for his third special/fatality (as seen at 0:49, because it's always those same camera angles in the animation).
Buuuuut, when he is the enemy/adversary, his heavy attack has the weapon in the left side of the hood (I don't remember if it changes in his Special 3 tho).
Do a theory on what happened to the rest of the autobots crashing down to earth in the end of Bumblebee

I think I know why it was removed because it would be weird that a police officer car has some missile launcher on it and we know the Transformers need to be robot in disguise so if people saw an police officer car has missile launcher on it they would be suspicious about it so I'm thinking that's why they remove it so people think that it's an normal police officer car if they did add the missiles launchers their would be questions and suspicious about it
