    You were not lying when you said bolt cutters! I just picked some gutter brushes up from Bunnings and on the way home realised I may need them - Thought wire cutters may do... Nup.
    Still loving the vids! Need to delve into the brewing ones soon

    Nice. Though I wonder if maybe you would want to spray paint them dark green or brown before flocking, just to make them have that extra level of colour depth.

    Next trip to the Home Depot or Lowes (USA home improvement stores, Wal Mart is a general goods department store) I'm going to buy some of those leaf guards and, as you say, bugger it and give it a go. Yes I know that's vulgar, but I love the way you Aussies talk.
    Question, I don't make my own flock, would Woodland Scenics blended turf be appropriate?

    • @AJsWargaming
      @AJsWargaming 9 років тому

      Actually I wonder of there aren't some other twisted wire products that might also work, chimney cleaning brushes maybe? I'll be keeping an eye out.

    The video is great and I am definitely going to use this. What made me subscribe to you however, was how you tried giving out suggestions to where international viewers could get their hands on the equipment. I seldom see that on youtube, so you deserve a sub more than most. (I am from Australia too btw)

      +Matthew Hargreaves. The Geelong Gamers Guild, we meet Monday nights in the guides hall near the city center. There are also 2 other clubs (W.A.R. and T.W.A.T I believe they go by.) here that exist but I don't know specifics of.

    I love this idea, I'm a new modeller for 28mm war games, I'm currently making an American war of independence Fort, these trees look pretty amazing, I have got some gutter brush from eBay, I think I got about 4 meters for about £8 bit of a bargain, the challenge is basing them, would it be better to base a few together on a piece of MDF rather than trying to stable them on a single round disc?
