Triang Princess with Chuf Chuf audio issued 1971-1974

Triang issued the Princess Class c/w an Analogue Chuf Chuf sound system between 1971-1974. This is R258 in Maroon livery, it is now 50 years old and still runs quite well. A little bit of oil on the moving parts and keep the wheels and track clean will ensure continued running.

Beautiful, I refurbished one of these that had been caught up in a flood not too long ago, Ended up installing a new set of bushes into all the the drivers and having to rewheel the front and rear ponies. - Runs flawlessly now but I still haven't found an ideal replacement for that small metal plate that snugs around the tender axle to drum on that Chuff Chuff box, Might fabricate something. Anywho excellent video - Cheers!
