I bought this, (The Glock) and it’s good. I’ve had to open it up a few times because of bent parts, but pretty easy fixes. I painted the gun for short film use and I am really happy with it. Makes a good budget prop for films.

With things like those, it kinda makes me curious if you can do tear-downs/mod videos of their internals. There's probably 2 or 3 springs in there that does shell ejection and blowback action. If that's the case; if that thing gets turned into a fidget toy substitute, you'd probably wear out the mechanism and need to replace some internal components. Also, I believe those "toys" don't look like 1:1 scale replicas. It's absurd, but I like it anyway. 👍

I have a few questions, hope you can answer them for me :D 1. Can you dry fire the toy with the mag inside by holding down the slide lock? 2. When the slide is locked all the way back, if you insert a fresh mag in and rack the slide, will the slide slide back? Or do you have to press the slide release? Got the Glock today and man it's so fun to play around with it, the slide lock, reloading the gun, and shooting it is just fun! I don't even have to worry where i'm shooting at since it's only shell ejecting Also, i got the version with a laser on the barrel do you or anyone know how to replace the batteries on the laser just incase it ran out of battery?
Nice buddy, I am glad that you enjoy the glock, by the way the laser version should came with an instruction on how to change the battery. Basically it requires you to take the slider off in order to access the battery.

I'm a fully grown adult but I love toys like this, I mostly get things like this as a fidget toy (and sometimes I do play with them...) I'm more of a 1911 guy but I'll probably get the Glock. The 1911 just isn't proportionally correct and it bothers me. Glock looks much better compared to it's real counterpart.
Is the 1911 bigger or smaller than the real one? Not a gun guy btw but these really caught my attention the other day, just not sure if Australian customs will take it if I try to buy and ship it here :/
@@B1-997 I believe it's actually about the size of a real one. The Glock that I got is pretty close, if not 1-1 scale, so the 1911 should also be close to 1-1 scale. But if you take a look at the rear of the 1911, the toy is a bit fatter than the real one. The rear where the grip safety and hammer should be is slightly longer than it should be compared to the real one. It's kinda hard to explain. Just look up images of a 1911, and compared them to the toy, you'll see that the rear of the toy is a bit off proportionally. Also, I'm unsure about shipping items like these toys in Australia, I'm unaware of the laws. I guess the best way to do it is to try to buy it, and if it lets you then you should be good. Usually it will say where and where it cannot ship to certain locations. Or you could also look up the laws on prop weapons.

You seem very self-conscious of your arms because they are small for your size. Just relax and its best to remember that no one cares that much. You also wear the shirt with tight sleeves to help hide/disguise the insecurity, but that only makes you think about it more. As you get older you learn not to care about things that others don't care about. If you went to the gym it would help you overcome it more effectively, and ironically would require less consistent energy. But truly, no one but you is focused on your arms. They are easy to miss, so your insecurity it technically your ally/friend!

Hmm, I believe it might not work because it will requires some sort of a hammer striking mechanism to hit the spring loaded plastic dart in the shell
