I gotta say, you're really good at analyzing themes and characters, and a lot of what you say is actually going to come back around at some point in the show.
As an introvert, you either lose the ability to properly read the room and become isolated from others, or you gain a hyper-awareness of what people are thinking and doing in order to avoid conflict or interaction. It mainly seems to depend on whether or not you have people around you in either a positive or negative way. For me, it’s probably a mix of both. Or at least, I’ve recently gained a lot of good friends to help me and be there for me.
A lot dismiss Haikyuu because it's "just volleyball", but this series is a font of wisdom about passion, failure, trying again, connecting with other people, self-improvement, working together for a collective goal/something bigger than oneself, etc. Volleyball is merely its medium of storytelling I'm glad you're a watcher/reactor who values the subtle details of storytelling and character, and not just the bells and whistles of the hype and exciting battles. It makes good conversation (lol as if i'm actually talking with you), and nice sharing of perspective. Knowing the rules of the vball isn't a big deal. Haikyuu is great at gradually explaining the rules of vball. This is the 1st time you actually see explicit strategizing. Soon enough, as the opponents/situations become more challenging, the more the series will guide you to more complex rules and strategies in a way that's not hard to swallow. Can't wait to see more of your uploads!
The diversity of antagonists and their connections with Karasuno imo is one of Haikyuu's strong suits! If there's an anime to watch just for the characters, it's definitely this one. Because it's a team sport, Haikyuu's cast is kinda huge, and being active in the fandom it's always nice to see how pretty much Every character out there has a fan who's head over heels for them in particular~
When you’re introverted and have social anxiety I find you analyse people even more than normal. At least I do because I’m constantly terrified about saying/doing the wrong thing. Especially since people are not honest and don’t tell you half the time.
Been waiting for this!🧡🖤 Your "Damn it's over!" reaction is funny, so glad that you're really enjoying this! *This are the things that I love in this anime, the realistic details! Example of Kenma, he is not athletic but since he is a gamer, he have sharp observation and analyzing skills. Also Hinata, he has amazing jump and endless stamina, and the reason is that he lives over the mountains and he need to bike uphill. It's realistic and I love it! ♥️ Great Reaction!!
Your updates brighten my day! It's fascinating how much you pay attention to detail, and how you are able to catch up with stuff before it is even explained in the anime. All the questions you have are going to be answered, Haikyuu is great at explaining the rules of volleyball, the different strategies and strong suits of the different teams. Also, the characters and antagonists are all so well constructed and diverse they almost feel real. I'm glad you're enjoying it this much, I really like your reactions.
Necro'ing this comment section but it's truly bizarre with the number of times I've re-watched this series and watched several different reactors cover it, I now have a pavlovian response to the phrase "mou ikkai" that my eyes just start watering every single time I hear it in any context lol
I usually don’t comment but you are so good at analyzing and predicting that i had the need to say so lol great reaction!!! You’re gonna love the rest of this anime for sure 😋
Also just as a funfact, the mangaka of haikyuu used to write horror stuff. So that's why you notice that the characters sometimes get weirdly Intense scary faces it's his horror history shining through.
Most of Nekoma have names relating to cats, except Inuoka (the one marking Hinata) whose name has dog in it. Also Yamamoto (Tanaka clone with a mohawk) and Tanaka actually have names that are complimentry in a way. Yamamoto's given name, Taketora has the kanji for tiger, while Tanaka's given name, Ryūnosuke has the Kanji for Dragon. From what I understand (I am not an expert, I don't study eastern mythology or anything, this is just from things I've read and stuff) Dragons and Tigers were seen as rulers of the sky and land or something like that
I mean this in the kindest way possible, the “schedule” exists for audience benefit, it is not something I am obligated to follow. Please understand. 🙏🏻
Episode 14 will be up a lil bit later today on Patreon.

Yeah, I am definitely an Introvert, and I think the latter applies to me as well. Though it is definitely a fine line.
The thing with Kuroo is that he is a science nerd, so it is completely fitting for him to do that speech every time and I love that for him

Always appreciate any comment (helps the video too 😂). Thank you for the kind words!
I honestly didn't expect you to like Haikyuu as much as you are right now. It honestly only gets better from now and I'm excited for you.

if i remember correctly the matches usually last at least two episodes :)
Matches grow longer as the show goes on…
@@sharlesdaviskendy2391 yeah, you're right. that's why i said 'at least" two episodes :)
@@ahiggy583 I see. I guess all matches are at least 1 second long.

Dude shifted from uploading every Wednesday to Thursday 😭
Sorry for that, it’s hard for me to be on a schedule in general and meet it every week, Thursday works a bit better for me.
@@CastSenpai well it's alright tbh, hope you won't shift to Friday from Thursday though 💀
