    Another great presentation Keith a very unusual color scheme with the stripes but still a great looking Peterbilt . Transport wise things in a mess with both road and rail because of major flooding on the Eastern side of Australia one of our wettest years yet.. Your presentations are very descriptive and enjoyable Cheers from Sydney Australia .

    Awesome truck!
    I like your emphasis on quietness.
    It’s been proven that loud noise is tiring on the body.
    👍👍

    I have got to say That color in the sunshine it looks like a very very Light seafoam green So frigging Gorgeous Then again I'm pretty sure you guys could give a drive any color under the sun but those stripes really just make the color Pop so well. Also While I know some people will bash a Automagic if anything Peterbilt has it tuned right, Drove for a company that had All Auto petes and you hit the gas you went very little delay between pedal down and you move. Beautiful truck Hope you have a good rest of your week and thank you for sharing these beautiful machine's!

    Hi Keith. Have you ordered or received any 389’s with a Cummins and the Endurant XD Pro 18 speed auto? What’s the scoop on this transmission?

      The class 8 truck world has always run 1 year ahead. So any truck built 1-1-22 thru 12-31-22 is a 2023. Same for the next year. Been that way forever!

    Didn't know 389 came automatic

      Yes because the new generation of "truck drivers" today are scared of manually shifting gears like a man.

      @@smy5607 No need to diss younger drivers just because we have a different opinion and preference on average from older drivers. Just petty to put air quotes over truck driver as if we aren't. I came in straight from school and became a lease operator doing flatbed. Not going to call it owner op because I don't fuckin own the truck I hate when people act like they are what they aren't. Saving for my own truck team driving with my buddy of ten years. Not sure it gets much realer than that. Haven't been home in months. I obviously don't need to explain myself to you over a comment but I've noticed a really disrespectful sentiment among older drivers for no reason and it really rubs me the wrong way. Moving a stick in your transmission box doesn't make you a man. It takes allot more than that.

    I read factory graphics and thought that meant they got rid of those god awful digital gauges.

    I’m really surprised and maybe you can answer. Lo pro 24.5 are just about non existent in a Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear etc. and have been for a couple years now. You can find Chinese double coins but nothing more really. I have a 21 389 and I’m buy a set of 22.5 wheels so that I can have a selection of tires to choose from.

    • @RockyMountainPeterbilts
      @RockyMountainPeterbilts  2 роки тому +1

      Correct. We are moving more towards the 11R x 22.5 as well.
