Thank you. My attorney will not return phone calls or emails. The affidavit he wrote for me was completely wrong. He was not prepared for court. He can keep the Money I pd him. I also want my case dismissed. He just made it worse
I’m thinking firing my lawyer I got after a car accident I was told more guilty on misdemeanor and agree restitution. As I got my communication and information from car insurance they agreed to settle bodily injury claims within my limits. So why continue being charged $500 an hour just to have court case continued be kicked down the road. I go back to court on 6/26
My major case was messed up because he had us convinced. I had plead guilty to a crime the paperwork said I did not commit. Just because he did not spend any out of court time on my case. Still suffering from the legal ramifications of this. A major felony conviction people!

Look up your states professional rules of conduct MOST attorneys violate one if not multiple of these Rules all the time...

I fired my contingency lawyer, and I believe he gone behind my back and stole all my money, I have good reason why I believe this.
