I really love Hong Kong. I've been Hong Kong 32 times, but recently I cant visit because of Covid 19. Thank you for sharing Wan Chai Walking. I would love to take Star ferry. スターフェリーに乗りたいです。本当にありがとうございます。
Thanks for your support :) That's really many times! I love Japan very much too. I should have been there more than 20 times 😂😂 I'm glad that COVID-19 "ended" in late 2022 and I got the chance to visit Japan once again. Hope you can return to Hong Kong soon!
Great tour, my friend. It is very interesting view and atmosphere around. Beautiful ambience. Thanks for your effort to share this to us. New subscriber here. Lets stay connected! 😉😊
Finally, 20 years in 2023 I will see, feel, breath, hear and taste Hong Kong once again!!! This video inspires me to trace back the steps I took when I was a young and naive OFW in HK 😄😄😄
MY BELOVED HONG KONG IS MY SECOND HOME TO BANGKOK - WAN CHAI IS THE AREA THAT WAS MISSING DURING MY SCHOOLS YEARS IN 1956-65! from my home in ' The City of Angels, Bangkok ' The Convention Hall is familiar for the 1997 HANDOVER of HK back to the MOTHERLAND, CHINA - I took my late Mom to enjoy the HANDOVER & later my Reunion of Diocesan Boys' School in 2014, held in the Convention Hall. My hearing is not good & would only view the video without subtitles. Nevertheless, it is a nice tour for me. HONG KONG IS AN ICONIC & ROMANTIC CITY IN THE WORLD!
I recently read that the Star Ferry has been discontinued, which is too bad. I took the ferry many times, but from Central, when I used to live in HK. So, now people are using only the MTR to go back and forth between Kowloon and Hong Kong Island? Do the ferries to Discovery Bay still leave from Central? Will you do a "walking tour," with the ferry ride, of Discovery Bay, and perhaps some of Lantau Island? Thank you for these walking tours of Hong Kong! They bring back many memories. And I really appreciate the fact that the tours are done in real time, without music, only with the sounds of daily life, and no "guided talking." It really feels like one is actually there, doing the walking oneself!
The Star Ferry is still here! It just proposed to raise its fares to continue operation. Besides Star Ferry, people use the MTR and buses to cross Victoria Harbour. And yes, there are still ferries going to Discovery Bay from Central. Since I haven't covered any walks at Discovery Bay in my previous videos, I will definitely make one about it in the future. It's a pity that I went there a few weeks ago but didn't record a tour. Anyways, thanks for your feedback and support!
@@VirtualToursTV Oh, great! I'm so glad the Star Ferry will continue to operate. It is magical, and I enjoyed every crossing on it! I lived in Clearwater Bay, and then moved to Discovery Bay. I also have a daughter who was born in Hong Kong, which is one more reason Hong Kong will always have a very special place in my heart!! I look forward to your other videos. They are very well made!

Very clean and beautiful, the people look healthy, not many overweight, very few smoking, few foreigners, great place. Only sad thing to see is very few babies!
It's a weekday afternoon, so not many young children are on the street. I think foreign visitors will increase in the coming months though. It will be great that Hong Kong's tourism can finally revive!
I love Hong Kong! 🇭🇰
So much has changed, much cleaner since the last time I visited in 2001.
Greetings from California, USA 🇺🇸. I love your video. Keep them coming. Many thanks 😊
