Hi Billy, I had a quick look into this an actually, much to my surprise - there is no longer a requirement for two examiners to be present for the diplomas. It seems to be a fairly recent development. So, it looks as if the exams can actually be held at a regular exam centre and it shouldn't mean that you'll have to travel to London.
