Can you read and reset maintenance or trouble codes with this setup?

I believe you are able to do trouble codes, but not reset service light.

A little bit of a power increase, but mostly better drivability and better throttle response.

Do you think this is worth looking at with OEM exhaust or wait until after upgrading?

I would not bother with a tune on stock exhaust if you plan on changing exhaust at some point. Reason being that you only get 1 free map with the Upmap purchase. You would have to pay for a second map once you get the aftermarket exhaust.

Yes, you can reinstall factory map.
