So John, you mentioned hand tightening the frame brackets but you never stated when to tighten to the stop. Did you leave them hand-tightened? You left out the agitator pin at the end. Also, this video was recorded in 2021 and the handles now come pre-assembled, the gear box is not pre-installed and you've replaced the cotter pins with quick-snap ring pins, which are very nice but this is confusing when we open the components package and the correct ASSEMBLY HARDWARE is not there. I think it's time you re-recorded this video and corrected those issues. The paper instructions are the worst instructions I've ever seen. You refer to each component by different names throughout the instructions. The paper instructions are from 2021 also. That was three years ago. You guys might want to return to work from COVID and update your company.

I completely agree. I started assembly tonight and got angry thinking there were missing parts because of the change from cotter pins to snap rings with seemingly no mention of it anywhere but your comment above. Of course I did not see your comment until after I had completed the assembly. Anyway, if the hardware store had been open I would have been driving to get cotter pins. Fortunately a light bulb went off and I realized the snap rings were meant to be used in lieu of the cotter pins.

Why do the assembly instructions that come with your spreader SUX SO BAD! YOU WOULD THINK SOMEONE WOULD LABEL AND DESCRIBE EACH PART IN CLEAR, LEGIBLE ENGLISH. I'M A MECHANIC AND YOUR WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS ARE WORTHLESS!
