The stock dim halogen bulb on your Harley tail light is just not safe. It simply can't compare to the brightness of a Custom Dynamics ProBEAM® LED Tail Light for Harley. The Custom Dynamics ProBEAM® LED Tail Light for Harley is available in red or smoke. 5 light pipes illuminate across the tail light while 25 separate LED's provide a full contrast brake light. This is a modern and stylish look to the rear of your Harley.
The classic Squareback design mimics the look of the stock tail light and mounts to the stock tail light baseplate. There is also a low profile version available for most models. You can get either model with or without the top license plate illumination window.

This is the last piece I need for my new to me 03 Road King Classic I have the front turns and rear along with the load balancer. As a Disabled Vet on a fixed income I have to go a piece a month! I cant wait till I have them all and I am making myself wait till I have all the parts and do it all in one shot. GREAT VIDEO I really enjoy your content THANK YOU for what you do!!
Another great product review and install! May seem very basic to many, but it’s the small product installs like this that can encourage inexperienced owners to start doing more of their own work, and saving themselves some hard earned cash! 👍

Nice video, well explained! The Harley OEM assembly comes with a detached wiring harness & requires the installer to install 4 wires into the wiring harness push tab. This assembly is truly plug and play.
last year put on the custom dynamics taillights on my wife triglide made big difference, this yr put on my ultra, turn signals and the lights on bags. huge difference. maybe i should vid and post it.
I have one of these on my Ultra Limited along with my Ciro3D filler panels and I’m very happy with it.

Its also a DOT requirement to have a LED Stop/Tail lamp. I don't know when they changed that rule? My First bike was an 06 Honda Nighthawk 250. Don't remember which style it had. LED is less likely to burn out. And is more energy efficient.

I bought a smoked led taillight it was installed the way you said but when I hit the brakes the license plate light comes on. what's the problem? Is the taillight messed up? Ed

No, we didn't have too. Some year and models do require a load equalizer though.

Reality is that they can only film and work on the bikes that are available, and not too many people can afford multiple bikes with which to produce mostly free videos! And frankly, there’s a lot more Harley’s out here than Indians...
Rick Kemner great point. I still don’t understand why people are so wrapped up on Indians which are basically redesigned Victory’s manufactured by Polaris. They put the Indian head on the front fender and people lost their minds lol.
