You help me with my decision between red and smoke and well honestly after you turn them on, I couldn’t tell the difference which was my fear for my tail lights of my F150 from Morimoto smoke it is thank you and God bless
Hahhaahaahaha your helper is a hoot. So glad to see you involving him into the biking community. As usual another great video.
Thanks frosty
I changed all the rear lights on the rear of my ‘18 RG Ultra right after I bought it. I like the pro beams but they’re not as dark smoked as the older LED version. Couldn’t find anyone that made the Tour Pak lights so I went with the HD Smoked lights for the tour pak. Didn’t care for the two different bulb patterns on CD and HD LEDS so I ripped the CD filer lights off and Put the Hd Fillers on. Did leave the CD LED tail light on. Pretty happy with the look now. Like you I hate reflectors so that was one of the first thing I did get rid of them. Couldn’t find anything I liked to replace the hinge reflectors. Finally found some gray reflectors on Amazon. They were only $8.00. Fit perfect and look much better on the bike. It’s Industrial Gray. Every light on the front are Ciro 3D. I’ll try and send you a pic of the rear when I get a chance. Oh and I’ve got an idea what you’re planning for the Tour Pak! Hope it works for you!
Oh I don’t know if you’ve have or are planning on a video about the CD headlights. Been thinking abought doing for a while now. I couldn’t find one. Thanks!
@@rogerwalsh4018 thanks for reaching out.. I was searching for different reflectors a little bit for the hinges on the bags.. I ll have to see if I can find what you have. what sort of video would you be interested in for the headlight? maybe I can try to come up with something..
Touring Midwest I’d like to see a comparison of the stock and the CD headlight. As far as how they are at night. Any input would be great. I’ll send you a link of the reflectors I bought. Thanks.
Looks good. I like the smoked look much better!
Thank you so much for the video! Now my only dilemma is picking either the standard square back or low profile version of their tail light
I like the low pro
Same here. 2010 Fat Bob.
Definitely smoked for me. Thanks for the video!
Thank you for watching and commenting.
I think the smoked looks better. We've been slowly switching everything over to the smoked lenses. I still need to do something to the saddlebag latches and maybe the front fork reflectors.
Yeah smoked looks way better for sure.
Great video. Thank you!
Yeah absolutley.. thank you!
Like the smoked. Little to no difference between the two. Harley Davidson offers the smoked tourpack lights but they are pricey. The reason I went with the chrome and red. Just received my headlight chrome LED bezel. My weekend project. Thanks for videos, not sure if you get any credit from them but I gave Custom Dynamics your name when I ordered my stuff.
Excellent thank you.. if you want to send me a picture of your bike with the chrome bezel and ill share it in my stories.
Good job
Clear works for me.
Yeah these are kinda clear.. they consider them smoked.. I do like the way they look I just hope CD does some probeam your pack lights to match pretty soon.
@@Touringmidwest Sorry I mean the Smoke. They look great!
@@k9blood01 no need to apologize, thank you. It does change up the look of things for sure.
great video bro. looks great!!
Thank you
I went with smoked.
My bike is black with smoke lights in the back. Does the pro beam actually look smoked on the bike or more clear than smoke? Thanks
I like the smoked better.
Since your plan is to black things out, the smoked are the way to go IMHO. I thought the lights look the same when lit up.
They are basically identical when lit, I was a little surprised.
For me my bike is red and black and I liked the black with red lenses better. Only time you are going to see they are smoked is in the parking lot with the bike off. Far as running looks the same
Red and black is such a good combo
Do you still have the red low profile tail lights?
I think so.. somewhere.
