That’s a beautiful transformation from you recent one. I absolutely love the simplicity of it and it did bring so much warmth as you wanted. Great work Sam…thank you for sharing!
Haha inspired by your first video, I mounted some plants to my bedroom wall using those rings. My husband and I were laying in bed that night just like “wow they stick out pretty far.” Luckily they’re not in my way but if I wake up at night and see them, it looks like something hovering in the room 😂
The plant mom and DIY'er in me stand up and salute you!☺️That is an amazing idea and it looks spectacular! I would say enjoy your new space but from the looks of things you have no choice!🥰
Looks like you found hoya aff burtoniae and kentiana. Aff burtoniae has pubescense, while billobata is smooth on top leaves. Kentiana has purplish edges and wayettii is more blue on the edge. Sometimes have to wait to wait until sun stressed to tell the difference. Fun project!
Wowsa! How fabulous! I saw your original DIY Plant Wall project and I thought it was great but this takes it to another level, entirely! Such an improvement and the timber discs behind the propagation tubes go so beautifully with the warmth of the terracotta! Well done Sam!
I saw the baltic blues last year, they had a huge ammt of them and Noone was buying them......of course I did and I find him to be so slowwwwww growing
Love the whole wall, definitely an idea I can use! Diys are my favorite subject for plants, indoors & out. But can I offer a tiny, tiny complaint? Your nails are beautiful but very distracting, just seem out of place for planty videos. I know you've got a life beyond houseplants & I'm probably outnumbered with this opinion, just had to get it off my chest.
the filter hack for drainage is soooo smart 🤯
also question, without changing the soil - do you not quarantine your new plants?
yes it works so well! and now i don't quarantine them
Great video, my plant room is getting a bit crowded.. I love the plants on the wall idea 💡
You have an awesome brain to think of these things. They are all beautiful.
haha thank you! i'm just glad this one worked out!
Hi Sam! The wall looks amazing, loved this. This was the best way to unwind after a long day at work. Thanks so much for all of your content !💚🪴💚

How do they not drip on the floor?

Hi Sam! I love that Home Depot and Lowe’s allow you to return plants, up to a year, if they die/don’t work out.
that is very good to know!
So cute!
