- IMSA assembled a global first at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca with a modern-day auto show where 11 of its auto manufacturer partners assembled a total of 22 cars -- the road models and the GT versions they inspired and race in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship series.
IMSA is "the new car show" demonstrating the importance of the crossover between auto makers and the IMSA racing they use to improve their brands. Nowhere else is there a stronger connection between the racetrack and the streets.

Great to see all of them here in IMSA!
Fucking hell, the 296 is *achingly* gorgeous.
The Aston Martin is the most beautiful IMSA car.
IMSA GTD Classes is like a Group A cars in a way, because in the past Group A is derived from the road-going counterparts.
While the GTDs (GTD Pro>D) are using GT3 cars which is road-drived race car according to FIA, and there's also a homologation rules similar to Group A with its 5000 road car rules (which is a lot) in IMSA there's also a homologation rules too! 2500 to be exact.
So that's why in my literal Linkers (since 2023🧬 Kizuna no Allele Anime) sense GT3 is like a spiritual successor to Group A.

Bmw might be win because bmw even the green Lamborghini hyper car take the lead before every gt3 cars the the white tyre caura take the fastest lap , then the Ferrari in the middle then the green porsche want to take tahe ferrari place to side by side and then the yellow🏁 corvete☔2 lock the BMW Gt3 speed and then box this lap and change front tyres(wet) for take lead first at 4pm EST. ❤️
