Awesome buck man!! Congrats !!
@@Skizzlawncare Thank you so much and thank you for watching! We appreciate it!
Thank you for your comment good luck to you this season and may God bless you
Thank you! We appreciate the kind words.
My hats off to you bud I was hunting Ohio that same day and it was frigid cold the wind was terrible and I was in a ground blind it would have been really tough for me to have been in a tree I ended up killing a beautiful 160 inch buck that evening
@@TheHunter61 It sure was brutal! Kudos to you for sticking it out though and finding success! Sounds like an awesome buck you got! Congratulations and good luck this season.
Good hunt. Were you able to salvage any meat after coyotes got to him? And isn't it risky to?
Honestly, we didn’t lose any meat. They (coyotes) barely touched his hind-end. The meat was fine. I’ve never heard of the meat being bad if a coyote ate some of it. I suppose, as long as you cook it properly, it shouldn’t be an issue. Thank you for watching!
@TheVenariEffect that's good, wasn't sure. I did research it some with mixed results but most say just trim around area and meat is fine. Only experience I've had was a giant 8 pt I shot one time with bow and had to leave overnight, found it next day and I've never seen anything like it. The coyotes ate everything. Only thing left was cape and head, they ate bones and all in 12 hrs. I found that amazing.
@@peterchalk1192 We’ve seen the same! They can make quick work of it for sure.
Giant!
@@chasing_giants_tv_terrypeer Thank you! He was fun to chase.
Hey bro,
Whats that gun holder you have against the tree ?
@@Skizzlawncare It’s just a go pro arm attached to the gun. The gun was actually just hanging from a tree peg.
Can’t decide in between the nomad cottonwood set or Sitka stratus set. Any insight?
@@christianjones6907 Have never worn anything Sitka but, LOVE the Cottonwood set. We actually filmed a full review on it if you want to check it out. I’ll link it. Highly recommend though and we have no affiliation with them, just like their product line.

@@TheVenariEffect I seen that video. What’s the warmest temp you’ve worn it in?
Awesome video! Love how you show it all buddy. Can’t wait till trapping season! Also I’ve bumped so many good deer tracking, good words of wisdom!
@@christianjones6907I’d say mid to high 40’s, depending on situation. Typically if it’s a little warmer, we’ll just pack it into the stand and throw it on if needed or when temps start to drop. It definitely keeps you toasty.
They have story time to talk about deer hunting, just show the F ing hunt no commentary needed
@@gregpurdin1982 Don’t watch if you don’t like it, buddy! It’s pretty easy. We appreciate your comment and good luck this fall!
