Emily, I’m personally into orange dreamsicle because I enjoy a light bright eyeshadow on my lid with a brown eyeliner. I’ve been getting away from darker eyeshadows for a simple everyday look. It gives a nice young eye look.
Yes, I was thinking it’s a different look that is so different from all the heavy smoky looks. Was hoping she would use it along with the other palette.
I have not tried it yet, but I would LOVE to see Emily demo the Dreamsicle. Like other comments, I would like a brighter lighter eye option, getting a bit away from the smokier, darker eye.
The bits size collection would be perfect for traveling. Even just to keep in your purse if you're running late and need to just get where you're going and then sprouse up a bit.
That little ELF matte quad looks exactly like what I have been looking for (simple, small, effective, and neutral without being too warm). Thanks for trying it out, I am going to have to go grab it now!
Oh that sponge looks amazing! I could see this working really well with the new L'Oréal serum foundation. The small contour and brow brush look very good as well. Tried many of Elf products because of you and loved them :) Thank you so much for this review!
I LOVE light eyeshadow quads like Orange Dreamsicle! I think lighter & brighter shades give a very youthful appearance and IMO, deep shades sometimes look heavy and drag the eye down. This is great for everyday daytime looks

“There was an era of my life where I was never trying to make them more fluffy” The 90s/early 00 were a tough time for us fluffy brow gals. It has felt so freeing to brush them up and grow them out 😆 I hear the trend is swinging back to thinner brow but IM NOT DOING IT! 😅
Ive been watching Charmed in the mornings while I have breakfast. Seeing the thin, over plucked brows makes me cringe! I hope they arent coming back. Either way ill be keeping my fuller brows.
I just wish that I had brows to fluff!! Sigh….used to have a nice set of them, back in the day. (Oh, sorry…. I was reliving those days in my head and lost my train of thought.) Just had to mention that yours look phenomenal here with these combined products. And your eye look has me visiting elf’s website in the very near future. I still remember being ‘on the stage’ from k-6, memories, I was planted in the front and centre being shortest in class and as an adult, 4ft 11in and proud to be a munchkin. Your little one, Belle, and you all, must have a wonderful time. I always feel the various holidays are more special with children. Happy Holidays.
It’s so sweet how they go from being aware of their siblings to staking claim to them. My son is like that about his big sister. He tells everyone he meets that she’s his big sister and that he loves her. My son has autism so it’s always such a joy to hear him state his love and affection to those around him when it took so long for him to start talking.
I have been using a similar sponge for a while from Shop Miss A! It’s $1.88 and I think it’s called the paw paw sili sponge or something of the sort! Definitely worth a try!

I'm def picking up that Love you Latte Quad...I love to keep them in my purse - you never know when you're going to need to put eyeshadow on (say, an impromptu lunch date), or touch up, and these are the perfect size, plus I love those neutral toned shades! I prefer my shimmery lids for special occasions, but love a light matte on the lid for every day looks.
Such a fun video!! I’m LOVING matte shadows! I’m so over the whole glittery look. I love the rich depth in a matte shadow. By depth I mean breadth. A matte shadow has a range of color. Applied lightly is different than applied to full opacity. You just can’t achieve that with shimmery eyeshadow
Love the Elf products! Amazing value and how awesome for stocking stuffers! I think the dreamsicle palette and the one with the neutral. Shades would work well together. I haven’t purchased their new stuff yet. I really like the look you came up with and the skin looks beautiful! 💜💜💜
Fun Thursday video.... I enjoy my Elf quads - esp on day's when I don't want to think too much...Tuesday I pulled out my Stone Cold Fox pallet, and sighed...put it back and grabbed a quad from Elf...then went and had a 2nd cup of Italian Dark Roast coffee.
Ahhh hahaha! Omg I had to laugh bcz I said the same thing in regards to the orange creamsicle eyeshadow quad😂. I held it up & said, “Now who decided that THIS was a good idea?” It’s true Emily, even for us fair people - there’s NO contrast there so I use it w/the I Love You a Latte quad bcz it’s too boring on it’s own.

Yaaay the new elf products!! Thanks Emily! I am insanely excited for the lip stains and I knew I would find it helpful to watch your videos to learn about the texture. You tend to give that info in depth. Ok so when that face brush was realized on the ELF website I got super duper excited initially. I thought finally elf has a more rounded powder brush available! But I remembered how in the past I had assumed that an elf brush was a round shape but come to find out the bristles are pinched at the ferrule so I made sure to look for that divot in the ferrule. Sure enough it has a divot so it's pinched but just to make sure I will use the chat feature on the elf website to ask their product experts. I asked 'Is the new face brush ( I specified the name) pinched at the ferrule? The product person had no idea what I was talking about?? She kept saying the bristles are round and tapered at the top. I rephrased and asked if the brush is smaller at the bottom and more fluffy on top( a pinched brush splays out towards the top) and she still didn't understand 🤦♀️ Now I get that a beginner doesn't know all this terminology but this is supposed to be a person who is knowledgeable about the products at the company they work for, so it was crazy to me. Similarly, a while back, for the concealer brush I asked 'is this brush dense or fluffy' and a product expert answers 'oh I love this brush! it's my favorite!' And I think to myself like ok good for you?? I rephrased and asked is it densely packed or lightly packed and then she answered that it is denser. So finding helpful info on UA-cam or other sources seems to be a pain for some reason;
Yikes! That’s really bad. Answering a question about density with ‘I love this brush it’s my favorite?’ Its sounds like there is a bot or something answering the questions. i mean, I get it, can’t expect personal attention from a brand with such low prices! There’s gotta be a tradeoff somewhere

I haven’t been excited about make up in along time and haven’t bought new makeup in a while. I bought the elf bite size in pumpkin spice and it was amazing. I ended up buying the Natasha Denona Camel and Coral palette during there Black Friday sale. It didn’t give me the same wow feelings as the bite size so I’d just say instead of putting the money for that palette just buy 15 elf bite sizes for the same price.
Got the ND mini love while it was on sale and disappointed for sure! Definitely lacking and I would have much rather had a bite size from elf instead 😩
Those mattes will be the perfect pairing with other elf quads!! I’m missing a mid tone crease brown and a cream shade do the brow bone in the ones I have.

I love to pump product directly on my sponge. This new sponge with the silicone will allow me to do that without soaking up my foundation. Brilliant!
Hey Emily for those handles like real techniques or nars that melt and get tacky, I just wrap it/ cover it with clear tape and it does the trick!
