This is an older video now, but in case you see this: If you place a wet paper towel under your cutting board, it'll help it stay still a bit more. It's very useful if you're kneading dough or cutting something hard, since it'd be dangerous for the board to move while using a knife. Also, your English is very good! What people learning different languages need the most is confidence, so keep going!
