    My language is sino-tibetan family from Northeast India. In my dialect
    Name- Mung
    Water- Twi / T'i
    Dry- Kwran / k'ran
    Wet- Ki-shi

      In this sentence, 干 is used more like a verb and 了 is used to mark the change of status from wet to dry.

    That's strange, Chinese dont use tobe when combining it with adjective, right?
    Like she just said: "Wo de yifu hen gan"
    "我 的 衣服 很 干"

      In this sentence, 干 is used more like a verb and 了 is used to mark the change of status from wet to dry. (More like, my clothes have dried)
