Girly I'm have a whole kaleshi episode in my home every since I started putting boundaries plus am not having any normal convo with my father since good 10-15 days because he literally talked badly to me for no reason and i said you can't treat me that way 🙃

Girl please do a part 2! Thank you so much for this video. I struggled with setting boundaries effectively, listening to others more, and committing to promises. My question is how do I say "no" to manipulative and vengeful people and prevent them from getting revenge? How do you not become thrown off guard by manipulative people even though you're trying to tell them "no" and know what manipulation looks like?
my advice is instead of telling ''no i dont want it'' give them a fake reason (a logical one)
as if you really want to say yes but u really cant because of the bla bla reason.

Honestly every word Nimeshaa said is straight up facts I can say it right here. When I established boundaries after becoming a lot more introverted this past year, it showed me who the real ones are and who the fake ones are. So just saying even if its someone as close as a partner, they disrespect you? Done. Like if they cross that boundary once they'll do it again period.
