Do those count as simple sentence or compound sentence. What if . I like dancing. I like singing. Those are independent clause?

Browse around the comments section on youtube and you'll run into tons of examples of poor grammar. It's not like there aren't free instructional videos to fix the problem. People seem to be content with mediocre grammar skills.
